SPOILERS FROM S5 OF THE BOYS BELOW!!

i think they were trying too much with the vought rising promo, i absolutely adore jensen, we know this, but i missed seeing the main characters, it just felt different. i loved this season so much, but i hate that there were a few plot holes. I haven’t seen gen v, but i know of it, they built marie up to fight homelander, we saw her in this season a bit, but in the last (or second to last, idk) episode, we see her for 5 minutes and then she leaves?? wouldnt have made sense for HER to be the one to defeat him, but they couldve at least made her help. clara being mentioned so much pissed me off. hate her character. hate the storyline. hate how they made soldier boy so obsessed with her. he’s so much different than the soldier boy we knew. the writing just felt inconsistent. yes he’s a basic man, but the amount of sex jokes he made just started getting a bit repetitive. i did love the ending, so sad for butcher. i know this isn’t realistic, but if hughie said yes to that phone call, we definitely couldve gotten a sequel. but this just shows how there’s never really an ending to it and they’ll just get another homelander.

hate that we didn’t get an ending for soldier boy, what i think is vought rising will start with us seeing how / where he ended up, but they showed him so much this season to just put him back in """"ice"""", i need to know more about that. i just hope they show us his ending in the beginning of vought rising, then go with the flashback, even though that’s a bit cliche.

loved seeing kimiko having what she wanted, even though she didn’t have her person with her.

so happy for starlight and hughie (even though seeing her standing there terrified me for a sec).

fuck the deep. loved that ending.

yes ashley is awful but i loved her in the last episode.
