❘ ❘ ❘ -> BACKSTORY: life taught wells the hard lessons from a young age. his father disappeared before his birth, &. his mother MARIA was single &. struggling for the first decade of his life — until IAN came into the picture. even 9-year-old wells knew his new step-dad was a piece of shit, but nothing could get him out of their 'bonding outings', which always comprised of sneaking off for ian to SELL or DO drugs behind maria's back. night after night it was drug dens, halfway houses, abandoned buildings — places a child NEVER should've been. eventually the outings turned to ian sending 14-yr-old wells, to do the deals FOR him. it was around this time that wells' slowly rising dysphoria reached a peak — suffering greatly under the toxic, oppressive, violent hold that ian exerted over the household. he began binding unsafely in secret, simultaneously falling into more SELF - DESTRUCTIVE BEHAVIORS like drug use &. self harm. eventually, he broke down during a confrontation with his parents about the needles found in his bedroom — wells having to explain that they were for BLACK MARKET TESTOSTERONE, not hard drugs. ian was furious, but not for the reason wells had expected. his outburst was more about needing control than a true disdain for his stepson's gender transition ( he was a misogynistic asshole who never liked having 'daughters' anyways ), &. wells got a TESTOSTERONE SCRIPT.

wells was 17 when ian was PICKED UP BY THE COPS. it had always been a looming threat, but no one was prepared for it. he was sentenced to prison for numerous drug &. assault charges, leaving behind THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF DEBT to various dealers. with no one else to extort for the money, loan sharks forcibly picked wells up after school a few days after ian's sentencing. they threatened him, &. his mother &. sister — &. wells, with no other options available, took up his stepfather's drug running gig. he was only a kid, &. was vastly unprepared for the big game — THINGS QUICKLY FELL APART, &. he fucked up. he couldn't gather the money for one of ian's cash loans, &. it wouldn't be long before a shark SHOWED UP AT THEIR HOME; threatening his family, promising to kill them slowly — a panicked wells put an end to it with a tire iron, unknowingly triggering his LYCANTHROPY GENE.

upon realizing what he'd done, maria quickly came up with a SELF DEFENSE story to tell the police, &. packed wells' bags — sending him with little explanation to live with his PATERNAL GRANDFATHER, HUDSON REEVES. that side of the family was well aware that they carried the lycanthrope genetic, &. was prepared to handle wells' transformation. it was in his rural countryside home that wells underwent his first transition, muscles &. bones splitting apart into a glorious, wretched, agonizing REBIRTH. wells lived with his grandparents from then on, selling off the rest of his drug stash to buy more supply. eventually he rented an apartment 30 MINUTES into the city, often ESCAPING INTO THE COUNTRYSIDE to undergo his monthly transition.

a more formal & organized post re: wells' gender journey !

he began transitioning at 15 via BLACK MARKET TESTOSTERONE. this was very unsafe, as he was buying the serum on the internet & not receiving regular doctor's care / labs. he did this out of fear, not knowing how his guardians & 'support network' would react.

got an ACTUAL SCRIPT from a doctor at 16 after a confrontation with his mother regarding the needles discovered in his bedroom. by this point, they'd already hit the wrong puberty — their mental health gravely suffering as a result. it took 2.5 YEARS of being on testosterone to feel the beginnings of real relief. his menstrual cycle had stopped entirely, his voice dropped significantly, & wells was finally starting to feel more at home in the mirror.

he pursued TOP SURGERY at 19 to alleviate the worst of his dysphoria, then got the scars covered up with tattoos within a year or two.

he DOES NOT intend on getting bottom surgery, & is truly not bothered by his genitals ( given that they don't make themselves known ). wells' dysphoria regarding his genitals is entirely centered around their FUNCTION ; for example, menstruation or possibility for pregnancy.

he's working on building a savings fund to pay for a hysterectomy.

due to his chronic hand tremors, wells buys AUTO - INJECTORS off the internet — which also tend to be sketchy. just do his shots for him lmaoo.

𝕴ntroducing [ ... ] KONA & KOJAK !!!

𝑲ona : border collie mix. 32 lbs. 5 years old. VERY friendly. ❘ ❘ ❘ -> wells rescued kona from a drug den in their late teen's. she became very attached to wells very quickly, & seemed incredibly tuned in to his emotions from the beginning. she's basically his UNACCREDITED SERVICE DOG. she doesn't have a mean bone in her body — wells has only heard her growl a handful of times in the years he's had her. VERY EASY TO APPROACH, she'll do anything to be pet & praised.

𝑲ojak : beauceron / german shepherd mix. 85 lbs. 3 years old. APPROACH CAUTIOUSLY. friendly to familiar figures. ❘ ❘ ❘ -> kojak was rescued from a shelter, having been listed as ' difficult to home '. wells rose to the challenge, & found kojak to be a very loving & protective companion. most of the time kojak tends to be wary of new people; though this ISN'T A BAD THING in wells' case. he's saved wells from many close encounters, whether by merely barking his booming bark or by straight up attacking the threat. for this reason he's usually at wells' side.

( 1. ) — a brown leather wallet, duct tape knitting closed a tear on the outside. contains various cards, coupons, etc — no cash, seeing as he's had his wallet pilfered too many times. ( 2. ) — a few crumpled - up receipts, looking as though they've been washed with the jeans a couple of times. ( 3. ) — the keys to his old - model honda accord, usually clipped to his beltloop with a carabiner & then stuffed in his front pocket. ( 4. ) — a minimum of three joints at a time, usually kept in a small cigarette case which he carries around. ( 5. ) — his subway card, scarred & worn out. he used to use it every day for years until his honda came along. now it's just for backup. ( 6. ) — his vape mod + sometimes juice along with it. ( 7. ) — lots of crumpled up cash & loose change. he tends to terribly mistreat his cash, usually stuffing it into a pocket without thinking. ( 8. ) — a switchblade he got from his grandpa. he always keeps it on him.

𝔴ells' hand tremors can absolutely be disabling. writing with a pencil or pen is extremely difficult, so he rarely tries. he can't do his own t - injections without hurting himself, so wells buys black market auto-injectors off the internet. chopping food, holding lidless cups or bowls, first aid, anything that requires precision is 10x more difficult for them.

so on the topic of smuttiness, i wanna make a note of this – re: wells' dysphoria & sexual presentation. he is not dysphoric of his vagina. he is also not made dysphoric by wearing a strap / packer. while he leans towards submissive, the role he takes in the bedroom truly depends upon his partner & the type of dynamic they've built. he's happy to bottom for any gender ( via either ... channel ... ) & is also happy to don a strap & play service top for any gender.

guys ... wells loves his sister so much. that's his baby. he raised lacey while his step-dad fucked around & his mom worked endless hours. he fed her, got her ready for school, walked her to the bus, made sure she made it to soccer on time. he put down everything as a 12-year old in order to learn sign language for lacey when they learned she was deaf. he's the one she goes to with big life events or problems, even once he's left the city. she regularly texts him photos of her friends, school dances, random things only a kid would find funny. he loves all of it. he misses her so much.

𝔬ne of wells' most guilty (?) pleasures is cooking edibles. the day he learned how to decarb weed [ for the non-smokers: the process of heating cannabis to convert THCA  &  CBDa into THC and CBD, respectively — aka turning flower into ingestible edibles ] was ... absolutely life changing. he is literally a connoisseur of baked pot goods. brownies, cookies ... his staple is mint chocolate chip cookies and they go ... 👩‍🍳💋 insane. pls make this boy bake for you

𝔰ince it's pride month i'm gonna talk a little about wells' dysphoria & his identity !! he started transitioning at 15 via black market testosterone he bought offline, because he was terrified of his parents finding out. then he got an actual script at 16. unfortunately he'd already hit ( the wrong ) puberty & was suffering a lot as a result of it. it took like two years of being on testosterone to feel real relief. he went on to get top surgery at 19 — & while the scars didn't bother him, he got them covered with tattoos later. wells doesn't intend on getting bottom surgery, it's just not something he's interested in — however he does plan on getting a hysterectomy, as his cycle is extremely dysphoria-inducing. it's less about the physical existence of his genitalia in general & more about the function it performs, if that makes sense.

𝔰ome notes re: wells' wolf form [ ... ] wells will only ever refer to the wolf by "it" as a means to distance / detach himself. also, it's huge. 275-ish lbs to the wolf's average 66-180lbs. fucking monstrous on all - fours, could easily be eye - level with an adult human. 7'4 when standing on its haunches. very thin, almost skeletal — ribs & joints distinctly visible. capable of standing on all fours ( most common ) or back legs ( hunched forwards ) ... front limbs are a grotesque combination of arm & leg, as their 'fingers'/claws are capable of grasping things. its jaw is large & lined with rows upon rows of viciously sharp teeth. dark, patchy fur — like the coat of a withered stray dog. & re: the transformation ... wells can transform under emotional duress at any time, but transformation during the full moon is non-negotiable. ( three nights; the one before, the actual full moon, & the one after — he will be changing. ) otherwise, the gene needs a massive jolt to kickstart the change. as for the change itself, his whole body just ... rearranges itself. bones snapping & stretching, muscles tearing & re - stitching into place. it's an incredibly painful, excruciating experience.
