Juice Cleanse!

So i'm off to America in two weeks and before I went I thought it would be good to do a juice cleanse!  I think I'm going to do it for three days and it's a DIY version of the Blueprint Foundation Cleanse. I'm using the recipes from Moderate Indulgence as a basis with a couple of tweaks! (although I won't be making the C.A.B juice and instead doing two green smoothies a day)  I'm going to start making the juice this afternoon and I'm pretty excited to start the cleanse tomorrow!

Learning to let go is one of the hardest things. I guess it just takes a lot of time, patience and self love.  I thought I was there but I think I'm still working on it, that's okay though.

I feel sad when I've finished a book or a TV series. It's like i've lost some friends that i've been devoting most of my time to.  I need to find some really long books..
