Veil haul from last week. These guys are killin it.
Weekly veil load. They are killing it. You know your doing it right when a 2 month old brewery can pull heady and SOS in an 8 for 8 trade.
Veil brewing Co's master shredder wheat IPA. New the area and already poundin out some dank IPAs.
More to come in the near future as these are poured into a glass
I have a new found love hate relationship with hop slam. Great beer no doubt. Used to be my favorite when I first started drinking craft, however so many brewers have caught up and some even brewing beer that has surpassed this which I much friendlier price tag. I'd love to see a new break through bells beer like this once was.
Nose: sweet, dark fruit, raisin, chocolate cherry Mouthfeel: chewy, fruity, sweet, with a nice citrusy hopped backbone.
I’ll get followers one of these days. Until then I’ll keep drinking great craft from VA and the US. This is from aslin brewing in NOVA
Great beers at a Corcoran brewing in NOVA (northern Virginia)
I have drank allot of amazing beers in my lifetime, but nothing with tea in it. This beer has amazing herbally notes both nose and mouth feel. If you can get your hand on it get it!
Snow day here in Virginia. Spending the day drinking some of the best of craft! Burial beer kills this coffee stout. Easily top 5 in my favorite beer list.
Beatiful colored Haysaw Saison from burial.
Nice dry stout with great cocoa and bitter coffee flavors.
Shared this great beer with my father. Fantastic. If you have had xocoveza I suggest you try to get your hands on this. Nose: nice roasted malts with some spice and vanilla and caramels brought out by the barrel. Mouth feel: great smooth barrel aged stout. Not a booze bomb but nice chocolate, roasted coconut and vanilla. The barrels being out some great flavors! 5/5 on untapped. I give it this because of the strong home brewer background and all around great beer.
Amazing beer. Nose: Cocoa right of the bat along with some spices and vanilla Mouthfeel: smooth mouth feel, with notes of chocolate right away and vanilla. Nice small nots of spiciness as it mellows out. 4.5/5 on untapped. May see distro next week keep your eyes out this is great.
Nothing like a fresh session from LLCB!
Good night with beers and catan and now ruined friendships.
It's any Asheville kinda night. I remember going to burial beer co a few years ago and it was a small little hole in the wall, but their product was fantastic. Now their canning and got a new expansion. Can't wait to visit soon with my dad and brother!
