A Little About Me
(divider done by gamingchii18 on Pinterest)
This post will probably be edited as time goes on, but for now this will be my intro post and probably my master list. Anyways, hello! Please call me BB, I am 18 years old and enjoy writing fanfiction when my schedule permits me to do so. I am involved in a couple of fandoms but Iâd like to dedicate this blog specifically to the Ghost fandom. I want to make clear that the characters I write about have no links to the real people who preform on stage behind the mask as I want to strictly keep fiction and reality separate.
On another note I would like to make this blog a safe space for everyone, so please letâs keep things positive and kind. I am open to requests, although for the time being Iâd liked to keep things relatively SFW so please keep that in mind when making a request. If youâd like to simply come into my inbox to share with me your own headcannons on a character that is more than welcome as I love hearing peopleâs perspectives and thoughts!
That is it for now, please have a nice day/night!

AUTHOR'S NOTE: This chapter contains descriptions of a nosebleed and body horror.
When it rains, it pours.
You rested on a bench within the abbey's green houseâ the space was large yet filled to the brim with a diverse amount of plants. The sounds of rain pelting the glass roof was almost deafening.
Your feet ached within your bootsâ you had been on your feet for the better part of the day.
Your cloakâ ebony in color and long in length now felt like a burden on your figure. The article of clothing served to keep you warm in the cold monthsâ now it rendered useless in the humid green house.
Sister Agathaâ your mentor at the Sanctum Nocturnis abbeyâ would surely chastise you if she saw the manner of the way you were sitting. You were comically slouched over, your elbows digging into your thighs.
You peer around at the wide variety of greenery surrounding you. In bulk were vegetables as this green house was used to feed the abbey. There were a decent amount of flowers as wellâ though you knew that most were for medicinal purposes.
About a yard away from your aching feet sat lavenderâ the flowers taking up a row on their own.
Your mind wanderedâ recalling the facts you had heard about the violet-petaled plant. The scent they imited was supposedly good in luring an individual into slumber due to its calming effects.
You thought a little harder but couldn't remember what they symbolized.
Breathing in deep you think you can smell the lavender past the heavy earthy smell that filled the green house.
Moonlight began to peek through the cloudsâ the rain was slowing down.
It would be time to start your work soon.
You had been working at this abbey now for a little over eight months. The high ranking Sanctum Nocturnis clergy members had recommended you to this abbeyâ though that didn't make you special.
It was a tradition for a hunter to be sent to this abbey to tend to the grounds while the band went off on tour. You would be stationed here till someone from your abbey said otherwise or Papa Emeritus III sent you back himselfâ though you hoped that wouldn't happen as that would bring shame to your own abbey.
It was odd to see a hunter like yourself on your own as Sanctum Nocturnis believed in training in pairs. Whoever a hunter was paired with during apprenticeshipâ as a mentor would take on two hunters at a timeâ remained their partner for as long as they were in service. Paired hunters shared dorms together, trained together, and were sent out on missions together.
Seeing how you had lost your partner, the high ranking clergy members at Sanctum Nocturnis deemed you to be a good fit for this new role tending to this abbey as it could be managed by one hunter alone. It was not as if you were constantly getting sent out on missionâ you simply had to stay in one place and protect the abbey's grounds.
You didn't protest when Sister Agatha had come knocking on your dorm doorâ you packed up the necessities and were on your way.
When you had arrived you had been escorted in by a woman attended by what looked to be two sisters of sin.
The woman was above average heightâ most likely due to the crimson high heels adorning her feet. Her clergy uniform that embellished her slender figure consisted of a sleeveless black top with a high collar along with a black dress pants. Her silver hair was neatly tied back in a ponytail. Her face showed signs of age but it didn't take away from her demure beauty. Pale blue eyes had looked down on you with precision that night.
You had come to know her as Sister Impererator.
In the beginning you feared her. From the way she held herself to the way she commanded things while in a calm and collected manner. She was quiet and meticulous.
Yet the more time you spent around her you learned that while she was strict she was fair.
When you had arrived Papa Emeritus III and his pack of nameless ghouls had two months to kill before going on their tour. This meant you couldn't really start your work quite yet as with them the veil remained strong as they still conducted rituals.
For your first week there you haunted the abbey like frost creeping onto the earth at the first signs of winter. You knew no one, and you were still trying to adjust your sleep schedule as there was no reason to be up all night just yet. You wandered the grounds in the early hours in the morningâ making yourself familiar with the layout.
You had met Papa Emeritus IIIâ the man was theatrical but nevertheless kind. He seemed to always be cleaned up niceâ the intricate face paint never was smudged and he often dressed formally.
Your first meeting with him felt more like he was having a conversation with you rather than simply giving you orders. He often called you "Piccola stella", which you had come to learn that the term meant "little star."
You were unsure how to feel about the term of endearmentâ especially one from someone who you considered your boss of sorts.
After your first week, something you considered to be a grace periodâ you were oftentimes visited by Sister Imperator. She brought you clothesâ something to sleep in and two of the same clergy uniforms. The uniforms looked to be what the Sisters of Sin usually woreâ black robes and habits but a little more slim fitting.
Sister Imperator had acknowledged that due to your relation to Sanctum Nocturnis that you could also be considered a Sister of Sin. She would then go on to firmly insist that you join the other sisters in some of the work they did so you wouldn't rot away in your room till the band left for tour.
Looking back now you were thankful that she pushed you into going out. You weren't the biggest social butterfly but the people at this abbey were open and sociable.
An individual by the name of Tom you found yourself growing close to.
He had shaggy blonde hair that was often under a hair net. Tom was short, no taller than 5'4, and was skinny. His green eyesâ something you hadn't seen very often were pretty to look at and seemed light up at your approach. He shined in the kitchenâ making some of the best pastries and pasta dishes you had ever gotten the privilege to try.
He worked in the kitchen and recommended to you one morning in the mess hall to try some of the cornetto. The pastry was light and flakey and after breakfast you thanked him for the recommendation.
After the encounter he began to recommend food for all your meals which you obliged without complaint. It didn't take long for you both to start talking past the normal pleasantries of food.
He became your friend and even introduced you to another individual by the name of Katerina, though you knew now she preferred to be called "Kat", for short.
She had sienna toned skin with almond shaped eyes. Her eyes were dark like her hair. Kat's hair was shortâ it just barely touched her shouldersâ but she often styled it with love. She was tallâ taller than yourself and Tom. You supposed one needed to have long legs for the type of work Kat did. She was the abbey's messenger and was often all over the abbey as she brought messages and paperwork back and forth to different clergy members.
In a short strand of time you all grew close, so close in fact you started to attend masses with them rather than hiding out in your room. That's where you saw them.
The "nameless" ghouls, though you found out through Kat that they did in fact have names.
Aetherâ the pack leader. He was known by the public for playing the rhythm guitar. On stage he was alive with the music, from bringing a lot of physical motion to his performance to having "duels" with the other guitarists. Aether was a quintessence ghoul, one could tell by the symbolâ what looked to be the letter "L" with a circle at the top and the bottom line slightly squiggledâ on both his guitar and his stage uniform. He was one of the taller band members and had a broader frame. Kat said that he was well mannered and effective in keeping the band in-line. He was often seen making his way to Papa Emeritus's III officeâ a quiet shadow in the abbey's long corridors.
Mountainâ known by the public for playing the drums but not much more as he doesn't get to move around on stage much like his band mates. To the clergy he was a gentle giantâ his height surpassed even Aether's. Owning up to being an earth ghoul he spent most of his time in the abbey's greenhouse, there was even his own closed off section where he grew his own herbs. His symbol was an upside down triangle with a line through where the legs of the triangle met.
Rainâ known by the public for playing the base guitar. Kat said that originally when he was still fresh from the pit that he was shy on stage but has since gained some confidence. She mentioned that he played with elegance yet even he still had his playful moments with his band mate. He was a tad shorter than Aether and had a lanky build with long limbs. His symbol was an upside down triangle. Kat added that some of the sisters of sin had seen him lurking within the abbey's libraryâ supposedly he was an avid reader.
Dewdropâ known by the public for playing the lead guitar and his energetic and cocky demeanor on stage. Often he could be seen making lewd gestures or playfully messing with his band mates instruments. He lived up to the rumors of fire ghouls having a temperâ as he had been known to have fiery outbursts from time to time. Compared to his band mates he was significantly shorter but that didn't seem to change his attitude. His symbol was an upright triangle. Kat had said that he often spent extra time in the rehearsal room practicing.
Cirrusâ known by the public for playing the keyboard or the keytar, tambourine and oftentimes giving backup vocals. Kat stated that she was very confident on stage and could be affectionate towards her band mates. Her figure was lean and tallâ Kat had mentioned that she often teased Dewdrop for being shorter than herself. She was an air ghouletteâ her symbol consisted of an upright triangle with a line through where the legs of the triangle met. She was often seen hanging about the abbey's ground with another ghoulette by the name of Cumulus who also happened to be an air ghoul.
Cumulusâ known by the public for playing similar instruments as her band mate Cirrus. She also sang backup vocals for the bandâ yet what made her voice distinguishable from Cirrius's was her lower pitch. Cumulus had a curvy figure that also made her discernable from her fellow ghoulette. She was known around the abbey to have vulgar and perhaps dark humorâ often her teases and taunts were directed at her fellow band mates. Nevertheless she was loyal to the band and to the mission the church stood for.
Swissâ known to the public for playing a multitude of instruments as well as backup vocals, similar to Cirrius and Cumulus. Yet what made him different was that he was a multi-ghoulâ holding no one specific element or quintessence. Kat had mentioned that he could be a bit of a wild card. On stage he was upbeatâ dancing erotically with the music. He often acted flirtatious and grabby with his band mates. Kat stated that it took him a little while to assimilate after he was summoned but eventually he settled into his role.
They sat by the side of the stage where Papa Emeritus III preached with conviction. They were attentive during the massâ responding with faithful devotion. Their voices were distinct among the rest of the clergy.
Each was dressed in their stage uniformsâ their silver plated masks glimmered in the candlelight.
Even sitting near the back of the church you could still feel the aura radiating off themâ creatures from the pit.
The only reason others without supernatural sight were able to see the ghouls were due to the pact that was between Papa Emeritus III and the ghouls. Through the pact they were allowed to roam the mortal realm in return they gave their full loyalty to the church and participated in rituals to sustain the veil's strength.
Being raised for a decent part of your life at Sanctum Nocturnisâ you were weary of anything that came from beyond the veil. A creature from the pit was still a creature from the pit, even if it did have a leash.
Nevertheless in those two months you thankfully didn't have to interact much with the ghouls as they were busy with preparing for the tour.
Now you found yourself breathing in brisk air, the scent of petrichor filling your nose. You had left the cover of the abbey's greenhouse and made your way towards the borders of the abbey. Like thief in the night you moved quietly but with purpose. The moon hung highâ the sky now clear. Stars dotted the black ichor.
Cool wind blew through the grounds, tearing amber and gold leaves from brittle branches of the trees in the courtyard. It was Autumn, a chilly one at that.
Whispersâ quiet, maliciousâ carried in the air.
Your hands snuck underneath the heavy fabric of your cloak. Hugging your hips was a holster holding your two beloved weapons. Two curved sickles, ancient runes decorated the blades. Much like youâ they were made for this work.
Crimsonâ hot and thick dripped from your noseâ a telltale sign that a creature that passed through the veil without a summoning was there.
The whispers rose in volumeâ sounding more like voices speaking over one another.
Then it stopped.
You looked ahead. There under the pale moonlight stood a tall figure by the tree line, just almost touching the abbey's grounds.
It's skin was gray, pulling taunt over the creature's body. Its limbs were long, its fingers claw tipped. It's face represented a human's but not exactlyâ the skin was loose there, hanging around it's sunken eyes. It's mouth hung agapeâ too far down to be normal.
Tonight was going to be a long night.
Tether Synopsis:

Summary:
You have barely scratched the surface of adulthood and yet you are already worn.
You have an unusual ability-you can see the supernatural. You're not alone as there are others who share the same ability. Sanctum Nocturnis- the abbey you were raised since the age of fourteen. There you were raised to be a hunter of supernatural creatures who passed through the veil without a summoning. You grew to know your peers well- your brothers and sisters in the hunt.
After the fall of your hunter sister you were sent off to a sistering abbey. This abbey was different from your own. Here not every mortal could see the supernatural, yet they whole heartedly believed in the veil, what lay beyond it and so forth. Here they conducted rituals and special masses that seemed to keep the veil strong around their area. What was even more peculiar to you was that one of the leading Clergy members-Papa Emeritus III- had summoned a pack of ghouls to participate in said rituals. Under the guise of a band by the name of "Ghost", Papa Emeritus III and his posse of "nameless" ghouls would tour around the world. Unbeknownst to their fans the band was doing them a great justice- keeping the veil strong wherever they went.
While they were on tour it was your job to protect the abbey they considered home- without the band there the veil would thin. It was your job to dispose of whatever forced its way through. Though during the time they were not on tour it was odd to say the least...
Clarification/Warnings:
If you read the story description one could consider this story to be an AU of sorts as it divvies off from the cannon lore quite a bit. I will be taking many artistic liberties throughout this story, so just a heads up! An example to clear up any confusion is that even though the United Clergy of Ghost is there to serve the "dark lord", they keep the veil that separates the under world and the mortal realm separated strong, as the dark lord wishes to keep his creatures in his domain and under his control. The nameless ghouls referenced in this piece of fiction would be considered era four. The ghouls I plan to use are as follows:
Aether
Swiss
Dewdrop
Rain
Mountain
Cirrus
Cumulus
The ghouls will be aged down to their mid to late twenties as to not have any too drastic age gaps.
This story will be a slow burn and have a decent amount of angst. There will be some gore and depending on the content of each chapter I will give a warning at the beginning of the chapter. The reader is slightly personified and is depicted as female as well as being around the age of twenty three.
If anything is to change content wise I will add to this chapter for warnings and such. Thank you for listening to my rant I hope you enjoy the read.
