Addiction is a sickness, so i am just curious...does this apply to an addiction? Addiction is not a choice, it is a response to trauma in the brain. That is right, addiction is a neurotic condition.

- replying on the validation of others should only be justified when the person you are seeking the validation from: 1. has experience in the field, and 2. have had a similar experience before. 💝

Step 2: opinions are not reality, they are just thoughts and feelings of the world and the people that are in it. They are not your own and therefore do not matter. Don’t be discouraged by this, so that what you value becomes not longer valuable to you. Be you—those who matter won’t mind, and those who do, don’t matter. 🫢
Step 3: think of the 3 best decisions you’ve made in life (lash business, not caring what others think and loving the person I wanted, sticking true to my love for singing and good music). Replace the brackets with your own answers.🤲🏽
Decisions are almost always fuelled by passion, driven by good intentions, and achieved through perseverance. 🗣️
Your heart desired it, things fuel it, but you decide it. ♥️
Step 4: people are not thinking/looking at you as you think they are, not even as often or as deeply. 💐🤩🌹
The things you do, become the things you think people are doing to you. 😅🤣🥲
Say: “I am what I think you think I am.”
Do not be what others think you are, be you—accept their opinion, but don’t agree. 🙅🏻♀️🦋🦄
Step 5: recognise where your intentions are and what they are about. 🤩🙄🤗
