Fat Loss Factor
I was totally amazed at how much weight I put on after I turned 40. People told me that I would, but of course I didn't believe them. Now I found out, the hard way, that they were right.
After trying different pills and trying to exercise, yes trying, I just couldn't figure out why it was so hard to lose just 10 pounds. I was kinda pissed too because my man could lose it with no problem. I wasn't even eating all the just food that I was eating. Let me see, If you eat less, shouldn't you lose weight? I guess that want' the answer. So back to the drawing board to figure it out.
