And about the fanfic, I'm glad you asked! I’m planning to publish it on Wattpad since it lets me add cool images (and cuz I just can't bring myself to use Ao3)! In my fic, Squidward is the first one fall in love with Sandy. I don't know if I’d describe "in love" to the same level he was for Squilvia in Love That Squid, but she definitely messes with his head somehow. It feels accurate cuz he's way more sentimental and softie than Sandy. Sandy is such a badass and gives off aromantic vibes to me, so I’d love to explore more how she would handle a friendship with Squidward (which is what’s missing the most from their relationship in the show) while he deals with these conflicting feelings about her.

I’ve already thought about making two mini-comics, but my current situation won’t allow it right now. :.) So I just made some doodles instead! The first comic would be about that nickname Sandy gave Squidward (Squidcake is canon!), so Squidward tries to come up with a nickname for her too! The other comic would be about the two of them arm wrestling, but they both get grossed out by holding hands, cuz Sandy’s fur pokes Squidward’s tentacles and the dampness of his tentacles bothers her! 😅

I remember when was watching sbsp in season 6. I couldn’t not notice these. Even before what happened in later seasons, like sportz, their chemistry had already been described so perfectly in this scene with just three lines… Idk about you guys but i feel like that says it everything for me.
