theres no way this encounter would end happily either the stargazer somehow manages to convince beryl to come up to its lair so it can meatgrind her OR sam + friends manage to interrupt in time and attack it without explanation. the world explodes if the astronomers experience happiness without melting together into the exalted four LOL
