My headcanon is that neil starts making crafts once he settles and starts to feel comfortable with the foxes. Its a way for him to connect to his inner child, but they're all pretty bad. Kevin keeps all of them because he doesn't want to hurt his feelings (or his own face cause Andrew would punch him if he tried 🙃)
