Anton69- Can’t stop and won’t stop bitching about the show and constantly says that Game of Thrones is a better show. Okay, go watch GoT, then. Let us enjoy The Walking Dead in peace. 

Beatrice- Ships Bethyl, but will defend Emily Kinney at any cost, even if it requires her to attack other users. She’s part of team delusional (which is a group of TWD fans who still believe Beth is alive. Yes. These people exist. Be very afraid).

BlackJackandCoke88- One word: SALTY. Though Haunter is a pretty badass Pokemon. 

DanNintendoMan- Obsessed with cats, butts and Abraham. Never really contributes anything intelligent to discussions. 

Delta- Glenn lover. Rejoiced when Glenn was alive. Will stop watching the show when Glenn dies. Go ahead. I’m sure the show will suffer without viewers like you.

Doctor Grimes- A Richonne shipper who gets extraordinarily salty whenever the show doesn’t play out the way she wants. Believes that Rick and Michonne are destined for each other and won’t accept the concept of Rick being shipped with anybody else. The easiest way to troll her is to tell her how much you like Jessick. She gets incredibly hostile whenever this happens. 

ElJacko- A complete asshole. Constantly bitches about how the show’s writing doesn’t live up to his impossibly high standards. Finally got the banhammer last year. What a relief.

Empress- Hardcore Darcille shipper (meaning she wants Daryl to receive Glenn’s comic death). Gets super defensive over Richonne. Just make sure not to mention how Darcille isn’t going to happen or she’ll call the other Darcille shipper for backup! 

HateForTheMasses- A 35-year old pansexual. Has fetishes for necrophilia, cannibalism and seeing Norman Reedus dead. He told another user to use a gun on himself once. Did you guys know that?

Jay- A moderator/dick. Uses the word “pandering” over and over and over. Repeating the same word over and over again kinda defeats the purpose of it being funny. Also gets super butthurt whenever Carol gets time in the spotlight. 

John Dixon- The definition of a backseat moderator. Thinks he’s funny by mentioning how often he drinks beer, but isn’t at all. Secretly fantasizes about having butt sex with HateForTheMasses. 

Kwame- That’s all I can go with considering that he’s changed his username over 9000 fucking times. 

Nimbus: A 35-year old hag. Has openly admitted to wanting Norman Reedus and Emily Kinney dead. She’s actually pretty hot for a 35 year old woman, but that doesn’t make up for her hateful personality.

Nomis210- Egotistical. Acts like he knows the show and comics better than anyone else when in reality, he’s just another fan.

Ripley- I actually don’t have anything against her. In fact, I LOVE her. But after she left, the forum’s never been the same. Even the biggest assholes on this website respect her.

Shrike: Another member of Team Delusional. Yes. This guy legitimately believes that Beth somehow managed to survive being shot in the head. It’s been a fucking year. The acceptance phase should be here by now. 

Spectre- A crazy, sociopathic conspiracy theorist who honestly believes that tragedies (such as Sandy Hook) were orchestrated by the Government. Doesn’t understand the concept of Occam’s Razor. 

SweetValley: Another member of Team Delusional, but even more insane than Beatrice and Shrike combined. And the way she writes her posts are completely atrocious. 

ToadVine- Would jump at the first opportunity to fuck Alanna Masterson’s brains out. Other than that, there’s really nothing interesting about him.

We Don’t Die- An openly racist Jessick shipper. Has made racist comments about Michonne in the past and bashed Richonne as a result.

I’ve never posted on StD and have only lurked occasionally but I’ve known it to generally Tumlbr-lite, where a cesspool of vitriolic, “ism” rhetoric and generally, nasty behaviors are allowed to run rampant.  But it is a forum format where general rules should be in place to keep some decorum and order in place, unlike Tumblr.  So I don’t understand this OP to take his gripe outside of StD and give their opinion of people, who I can guarantee are listed because they haven’t seen eye to eye. I’m not even on that forum that much, but I can easily see some names that should be on there.  Not because of their likes and dislikes but how they choose to express them.  I’m sure the OP would make a list or two or three if people stooped to the same low ass tact that has been taken here.

I used to be active on the site, but I lost interest even before I was banned. Their are certain truths that I would not keep my mouth shut about because I was scared to be banned. It’s not me. To me this list is sour grapes, like you said, someone who did not see eye to eye with these people, so they are coming to tumblr to vent and make themselves feel more important. when people shared their experiences with sexual abuse etc which made the b3thyl perversions a trigger for them chandra said they were making up and she gone through something like that and she wasn't triggered by stuff and these people were lying just because of a ship war, now that she ran someone off tumblr talking about their child she is saying she lost a baby? i just think it's kind of convenient the timing of her 'revelations".

Personally, all it ever serves to do when I see someone who claims to have been through a similar experience as another person use their own experiences as an example in order to minimize that person (or other people’s) feelings is lower my opinion of them significantly. They should know better. We all cope with trauma and loss differently, and it is never our place to invalidate the feelings of another because they are triggered by something that we may not necessarily feel is triggering “for us.” For Chandra to dismiss the feelings and experiences of others while insisting that her own be validated and sympathized with is just highly hypocritical. I tend to think that a person forfeits some of their rights to expect or demand understanding when they deny those same rights to others.

And that’s what Chandra does all the time. No one’s experience, opinion, or outlook is valid that isn’t hers. Also, it doesn’t matter one single fuck what she ‘claims’ to have gone through, it’s not a free pass for her to act like a twat.

She has a very childish way of responding to difference of opinion and cannot handle constructive debate as you would expect from a mature adult who claims to have obtained four different degrees. I have said before, and I will say again, if I were a TA for a class that she was in and she submitted work to me of the same quality that she puts into her TWD analyses she would not pass the course with a high grade (she wouldn’t pass at all if she tried citing from non-credible sources like wiki articles, as she does on Tumblr to define what she believes passes for “canon”). She seems more invested in her ego than in the accuracy of her not-so-critical analyses.

Take, for instance, her stance on Caryl. She argued that because of an interview by Norman Reedus that shipping them is pointless. Meanwhile, on the show it has been canonically established “by the characters” (re: not the actors who play them) that Rick and Daryl have a brotherly relationship. Does that stop her from shipping Rickyl or would she ever argue that that should prevent someone else from enjoying that ship? No, and she even claims to have coined the term Rickyl.

Moreover, she has spoken positively of the Jessick ship. More than likely that relationship will become canon, as it seems that Scott Gimple is following the material of the comics more closely. Undoubtedly, her argument to unhappy Richonners will be that it is canon whether they like it or not (indeed she has already inferred as much a few times based on what interactions Rick and Jessie have already shared together on screen), because it has happened on-screen. However, Andrew Lincoln has spoken highly of Richonne as a ship and even expressed his interest in it happening in interviews.

In contradiction to her arguments regarding the validity of Norman Reedus’s interviews holding more weight (also that “true” fans of his wouldn’t want to force him to have his character in a relationship he doesn’t want on the show) than any strong confirmation of a canon relationship or feelings on the show, I do not doubt that she will dismiss this interview because it is inconvenient and she prefers Jessick. With Jessick she will likely have what she did not have for Bethyl; legitimate canon confirmation of Rick and Jessie’s feelings for each other and an established, on-screen, relationship. So any Richonner that brings up the fact that Andrew Lincoln has said that he likes Richonne in interviews will promptly be told that they cannot compete with solid canon evidence (which rationally is how canon works, what happens on-screen is what determines canon), but where Bethyl is concerned Norman Reedus, and not on-screen canon material, is the final word in her mind (and that’s not even getting into how she cherry-picks her way through his interviews).

Now that I think of it, this is probably why she doesn’t like to debate. The holes in what she passes off for logic are so easy to point out that it doesn’t really allow for one who is using the Internet as an ego-boost to really thrive. She wants to be right, not informed or objective.

All of this. Chandra gives fuck-all about having a discussion or a debate. She just wants everyone to take her word as gospel, nevermind the obvious and very contradictory views she spews off as such. Her word is gospel, she is the law and the law is not mocked. 

Chandra’s double-standards are also astounding, and frankly a little terrifying. Not only with ships, but with characters themselves. Everything she demonizes certain female characters and POC characters, she applauds in the white male characters and certain white female characters, showing not only her hypocrisy, but her blatant misogyny, ageism, and racism. I guaran-fucking-tee you if Daryl or Rick had killed Kavid, she would have praised them up and down, and we’d still be hearing about how Rick or Daryl totes saved the prison from infection. But because Carol did it, she can demonize and rake across the coals to her heart’s content. Imagine what kind of show from her we would have gotten if Glenn or Tyreese had done the killings!  

The only reason she pretended to throw her weight behind Bethyl is because Beth fits in with her mold of a what a woman is supposed to be, and I’m sure Beth being ‘pretty’ in the conventional sense (which honestly, EK is pretty, her skin is fucking flawless, but she looks just like every other Hollywood blonde to me) played a major part in it too, along with her need to have a group of people constantly feeding her ego. And it’s the same thing with her support of Jessick, along with the addition of racism to the mix. She needs minions to feed her ego.

Her ego is everything to her, and the only card she has to play twelve times out of ten.  I truly believe she has Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Look it up, she shows all the signs of NPD. 

Although NPD or not, still doesn’t excuse the fact that she’s a raging cunt and needs to be stopped at all costs.

PSA to people saying the whole iPhone vs Android isn’t classists

It is. It literally is. Lets list a few reasons why.

iPhones are marketed to upper class people

If you need more evidence I worked as a customer service rep. for the phone company Verizon for a few months after the release of both the iPhone 6/6 Plus and the Samsung Galaxy S5. I got many calls about upgrading their phones, and asking of course about prices of the newest phones. One question I got a lot was “Why is the iPhone 300 dollars while the Galaxy is 100 -  Free for a Thanksgiving promotion.” Curious about it myself, I asked a supervisor. Why? Why didn’t we have any discounts on what basically is the hottest phone to be released besides the Galaxy? Here was the answer I got: “Apple believes they shouldn’t have to discount it. That their product is worth the full amount you pay.” Meaning if phone companies didn’t already discount your phone when you upgrade, Apple would be charging all of you 800+ dollars for that iPhone.  Apple does not care about poor people, Apple just wants money and you’re android jokes are feeding into them. Not to mention making people feel shitty for NOT owning an overly expensive phone. (Please note: I know there are ways to get iPhones cheap. But most of the time its someone selling it themselves or its a third party that is not a phone company. Unless APPLE IS GIVING THE DISCOUNT ITS STILL CLASSIST. I will not answer messages regarding that.)
