Justified’s David Meunier has scored a recurring role on Lifetime’s Damien, the network’s sequel to The Omen that will follow the adult life of Damien Thorn, the mysterious child from the 1976 film who has grown up seemingly unaware of the satanic forces around him. Meunier will play Detective Shay, a decorated veteran and cynical no-nonsense cop who is investigating the strange occurrences surrounding Damien Thorn. He joins the previously cast Bradley James as Damien, Omid Abtahi as Amani Golkar, Damien’s best friend, and Barbara Hershey as Ann Rutledge, “the world’s most powerful woman who has been tasked with making sure Damien fulfills his destiny as the Antichrist.”
