HC for the shirohige Sanji and stepfather white beard. All the commanders refer to Sanji as "the baby" in conversation, so more than once have people heard about "a baby" coming to the function only to be presented with a 13 yr that definitely doesn't need the high chair that was prepared.
Rayleigh hearing about the baby of the whitebeard pirates and being presented with the hottest young man he has seen in years and felling like the dirtiest old man possible.
Shanks being told "we'll bring the baby next time" , and next time a 17 yr old Sanji shows up.
The other warlords being told to please be careful with the haki because the Whitebeard pirates brought "the baby" with them, then realised said baby is a very capable 15 yr old when Sanji rolls in the best snacks they ever had for the meeting.
I just love the idea of "our adorable and precious baby brother" is a grown man that curses 24/7 and can kick landmarks in half.
This is hilarious. Like Sanji is probably so tired of being called the baby. Especially in a Shirohige!Zeff and Sanji situation where they're in the New World. Half the world is confused that the White Beard fleet having a literal infant aboard is wild but they could see it. It sounds like Newgate. Sure.
Then when Rayleigh is being introduced to this so called "baby" Shakky is laughing at him. That's not a baby, that's a siren and Rayleigh is trying his best to not get yelled at for fantasizing about Zeff's kid because fucking shit he's hot. He's hot like Zeff was and still is.
Maybe when Sanji is with the Hats he's grinning slyly at the Dark King and Rayleigh is genuinely flustered while his wife laughs at him. Maybe they have a three way. Maybe they don't. Funny either way.
There's some alliance meeting and Marco waving something off and mentioning bringing the baby so the crew is scrambling for a high chair before the meeting. Then there's a smoking teenager being introduced to him as said baby and Yasopp is debating if they could still use the high chair. Then Sanji lights a cigarette with his leg. Beck's sigh could fill their sails.
They have a meeting with several warlords because Garp needs Zeff to broker peace between them for a fucking day and they keep getting warned about some child and to be careful with the armorment and observation only to then see said child wrestling with Izou for fun? They're losing it. They're done! Fuck you, Garp! Oh, Zeff is catering? Sure they could stay and work things out.
Also the Hats seeing the fleet and Zeff and just how much they spoil their baby and brag about him? Adorable. Amazing. 10/10

AceSan (and SaboSan) soulmates au where ace and sanji have a whirlwind romance in alabasta when they find out they're soulmates Ace and Sanji leave each other the mark of an accepted soulbond as a promise to meet again in the future and to have each other forever. (Think of it functioning like a vivre card + ABO bonding, it can only appear between soulmates)
While they were apart, they would sense each other's presence and feelings through the bond. They would give each other support or a gentle push when the other feels frustrated or lonely.
Ace's mark doesnt quite disappear on Sanji when he dies in Marineford. It burns and burns bright until it fizzles away, faded but still there. And Sanji continues living and training in Momoiro island, and he still unconsciously pushes towards the bond, but no one nudges back, it's basically radio silence—until after Dressrosa when he feels it burn again as if Ace is both saying a sad hello and a goodbye.
After Sabo eats the Flame Flame Fruit, he not only gains it's power but also the feelings, memories, and will of Ace. At first he gets REALLY confused whenever he sees Ace's memories and fantasies of a blond man in all states of undress and, he mistakenly and stupidly thinks Ace was fantasizing about him. The feelings were basically like "blond man, forever, wish alive, takes care of luffy, crocodile, prince, etc". It's dumb and Sabo shouldve realized and connected it that, of course, ace wasnt fantasizing a future where Sabo "didnt die"—forgive him, he saw the Straw Hats and didnt see any blond man around "taking care of luffy", and that the crocodile wasnt a literal crocodile they cooked from the jungles of their childhood.... mild panic aside, Sabo figures it out eventually—Ace had a consummated soul bond with a blond man somewhere close to Luffy, and that soul bond... If he truly wanted it to, could be his. It was as if Ace was saying "you'd love him as much as I did, please take care of him and give him a chance."

Toddler sanji with Marco and Mihawk is hilarious because I can imagine Sanji being a bit smaller and doing that thing babies sometimes do were they see one parent and make graby hands to go into their arms than as soon they are settled they will se the other parent and make graby hands for them again. ( My little cousin did this it was adorable)
Sanji basically parent traping then together. Them looking at each other going "wow he's so good with him. Why his my chest getting tight all of a sudden?"
Marco had to go alone because if he took his brothers there wold be blood shed over who can hold the baby 🐥.

And yeah, that whole "can't decide thing" my daughter did it. But Marco has Sanji in his hold talking with on the snail with some brother or other and Mihawk comes over and Sanji reaches and the exchange is easily done. Mihawk was just passing through but now Sanji is reaching back for Marco and it's confusing Mihawk when the man takes him back. Still talking.
Then Sanji reaches for him. Then Marco.
Then back. And forth.
There are things that need to be done and Marco can't tell if Sanji wants to play so he just turns him upside down before handing him to Mihawk and walking away to convince his brothers they do NOT need to come. No. Sanji doesn't need that sort of bloodshed because someone doesn't get to hold him! Izou! No, go home!
Mihawk sits Sanji up right in his arms who is pouting adorably at the man walking away. Mihawk probably attempts the wrap to soothe the boy. It doesn't work. Sanji is just pouty and the wrap confuses Mihawk.
Then Marco is laughing at the state of them and properly helps Mihawk with it. I think it'd be really funny if Sanji has a fit where he refuses to go in the crib to sleep but doesn't want Marco and now Marco is helping Mihawk with Co sleeping only to end up passing out after Sanji wouldn't let him leave. He's very tired, he's a full time doctor in the Old Man's home town these days. Mihawk laid very still and was very awake the whole night because of it.
Maybe Marco has pictures of Sanji growing up. Mihawk is very jealous he doesn't have any and Marco asks if he's asked Zeff to make sure. Because Zeff likes to black mail people and pictures of Mihawk being soft are rife with blackmail material.
There's a photo of Thatch with a passed out Sanji mid rush it appears. He has one arm holding the kid and one manning an eight top stove. He's still smiling at the camera though. One of Izou teaching Sanji to shoot because he thought it would be funny and Zeff looks pissed off in the back. Marco flying the boy while everyone is yelling at him.
And maybe Mihawk is getting a bit soft at the Commander, like his duckling. Maybe he's a little too interested in the stories. Maybe he's looking at Marco's ass a little too often as they trade Sanji back and forth. Marco definitely winks at him when Sanji's big again and leaving. Sanji finds them disgusting and then wishes Mihawk good luck with Zeff and White Beard about that.
Mihawk does get his photos, though. There's threats adorning the back of them about his treatment of Marco if he doesn't want them released to the wider world. Mihawk sighs as a headache starts forming.

I’m thinking about Gol!Sora au and how when all the ships are in their way to Sanji’s execution the song that would be playing in the background is that one cover Wait For Me from Hadestown.
Gods this is so correct. Just everyone racing to the execution while Sanji is kept bound in sea stone chains. The old Roger pirates and Marco not risking another loss, another family member gone. Luffy who will not let Sanji die like Ace did.
Sanji just watching helplessly from the platform as a war rages, more intense than the last Gol execution. The sacrifices being made for him that shouldn't be. In his opinion at least. Everyone yelling at him they're coming to get him and the only uncle he really got to meet and know getting him from the execution platform while trying to assure him he'll be okay, they'll all make it.
And then while Sanji is recovering everyone else is just waiting while the doctors take care of everyone's wounds, of Sanji's now missing arm. Franky already working on a prosthetic for the guy. Everyone who knew Sora just starts telling absurd stories from back in the days, their voices covered in grief and longing for fixing a past that they can't. They couldn't save Roger, Sora died with no trace of really ever existing. Ace protecting Luffy.
And all that trauma they have now? Song definitely fits.

Yeah Sanji is a velcro baby, Sanji loves being held and played with and babies are so warm that it probably shocks Mihawk how warm he is originally until he's assured by like four different doctors, Marco and Chopper included, that it's normal.
Marco taking pictures to send to the fleet, Buggy also taking photos of Marco just lifting a crawling Sanji up by his overalls and turning him around to crawl in a different direction. Taking Sanji on short glide sessions carefully strapped to him. Sanji's squealing in delight. Mihawk having heart attack after heart attack.
Marco, Mihawk, maybe even Jimbe or Zoro or Robin too. Looking at the small child and wishing they could have protected the boy. Played with him and loved him. Sanji is none the wiser.
Also imagine if Sanji had been turned into a like a sixth month old. Marco's eyes shining about giving Sanji a lot of solids for the first time. And having to still teach Mihawk to give a bottle or something and the guy's stress level while Marco laughs.
