i can't believe it never occurred to me until someone pointed out that ragatha put on the headset in company plus seeing the folder of neural scans on the computer that like. duh. they're never getting out because they're brain scans. they don't even have their own physical bodies- IRL pomni probably put the headset on, saw a weird light, thought "huh, that was weird" and walked away unaware of the digital doppelganger of herself she'd just created

what's wild is it might be possible to bring caine back still- data on a computer that's deleted isn't fully gone, and i'm not talkin about the recycle bin. the place where the data was stored just gets "marked" as "open space" where new data can be stored, so if you're quick and careful, it's possible to restore deleted data before it gets overwritten

i'm not getting my hopes up for a Golden Ending but the idea of that occurring to Kinger but him then realizing that the computer he was using fell through the floor and they can't just manifest a NEW one because that might overwrite Caine and everyone needing to chase the computer that just fell through the floor & ostensibly into the abstract-filled cellar so Kinger can use it to fix things would go insanely hard-

I wanted to get a video of this ghost crab but every time I got close to their hole they scuttled back in, so I tried getting clever with it. I made a little sandcastle and shoved my phone into it, hit record, and walked away. Crab was VERY suspicious of this addition to their environment.

Was thinking abt the Knight some more and had some new ideas after noticing some seeming similarities between their design and Asriel's final form from UT- They both have kind of the same brand of gnarly shoulders, narrow, sharp "legs"(?? what even are those on asriel, i think its more of a fish tail LOL), and more importantly holes on their hands and a central thingy in their chest that seems to contain some kind of core

So my thought is- if God of Hyperdeath Asriel was Asriel containing the soul of every monster in the underground, maybe the Roaring Knight is essentially a living dark world? (maybe created by opening a dark world in Dess while she was alive? see my previous theory post haha) And maybe the reason they're kidnapping people and trying to cause the roaring is because if they schlorp up someone w their hand holes, they get sucked into the darkness inside them where they might be safe when the Knight causes the Roaring for some ulterior purpose??? People keep jumping to the conclusion that bc Kris, Carol and the Knight seem to be working together to cause the Roaring, they MUST be EVIL, but I think those people just lack imagination LOL. "Sacrificing the police officer" is sus as hell (maybe it means turning her into another Knight? if there's like... some level of ego death involved, which seems to be the case if the first knight is Dess) but I seriously doubt Kris would coordinate with the Knight to kidnap Toriel if it meant she was going to be killed. Like... I don't think it's stepping on anybody's toes to say that Kris seems to genuinely love their family and wouldn't want anything really bad to happen to them. Give em some credit haha

I know i'm just a random person you follow online but I mean it. People (all kinds of marginalised people too!) Have survived all types of horrible times and managed to find happiness eventually. If for no one else, survive for them. And also, try to survive because the people making you despair don't want you to live. Don't give this to them. Don't give your life. The best thing you can do is cling to it with everything you've got. Lay in bed for a day if you have to. but please promise you won't hurt yourself.

Take screen breaks, (now more than ever!!) Meet up, Call your friends, call your family if you're on good terms. Spend time with pets. Text your favourite mutual you never speak to if you've got no one irl. Hell, log on a minecraft server if nothing else. Or rewatch your favourite show.

Make sure you eat enough and sleep enough, and take the meds and vitamins that you need. Don't believe anything you think if you're hungry and tired and have been scrolling too long.

Get a therapy appointment if you think you need it.

You can absolutely not take any shortcuts when it comes to your wellbeing right now.
