Me whenever the subject of Korra *losing the connection to her past lives comes up:

Anyway, the cycle needed a reset and a fresh start because the Avatars had become too removed from Raava and now Pavi will have Korra and Raava for guidance, just as the 2nd Avatar in history had once Wan and Raava. It's like poetry, it rhymes.

Imagine having to fix an issue, because the person who came before you neglected it, and while fixing it you put the burden entirely on yourself while it is litteraly destroying your spirit, but you continue nonetheless and end up dying young cause of it. Just for your reincarnation to repeatedly insult your name and constantly imply you're the worst avatar, which also leads to having a hard time connecting to her. And if that wasn't bad enough she also gets with the daughter of your biggest crush you could never be with due to having to fix the problems and not confiding in your friends making them see you as an alcoholic slug.

I love Kyoshi and Kuruk btw, this was just funny to me.
