dawg how do people deal with anxiety without therapy or medication

all i know how to do is take sleeping pills at night and sometimes during the day when i'm particularly burdened by my thoughts gjjdjf

i'm also not unwilling to go to therapy or take medication i just have anxiety so it's kind of horrifying to think about seeking those things
