every day i tell myself i'm not gonna stay awake until 6am and then sleep the whole day. but then i go ahead and stay awake until 6am and then sleep the whole day

i can't force myself to stay awake and i can't force myself to sleep. it just happens when it happens. and it's never a good time except for like 1 week out of every 3 months

oh okay so i definitely have non-24-hour sleep-wake disorder (theres like 10 names for this but yeah that one seems most common aside from just non-24)

i heard about this a few years ago but i thought it was fake because i read somewhere online that someone said it was fake. but i just looked it up again and its definitely a thing and it definitely describes my exact experience
