Dear diary,

It was cloudy and gray all weekend. I couldn't watch any movie. So I made my best butter chicken yet. It isn't as spicy as it looks. The flavour and texture of it was out of this world. The pic below says "here is a pan and sum chicken" but please try to see it as if it were out of an awesome cookbook.
