went to a party last night and at some point I said to my friends “ok I’m pretty ready to leave now if that’s ok” because I was driving and then a DJ set started and I ran to the dancefloor and danced for more than an hour and by the end of it they were begging me to leave lol and I just wanted to dance so much!!

trying to not hate on this but... one of the other PhD students came over to me and B yesterday to chat, and when B offered to help interpret the results of the gel, Q said "nah don't worry, I just throw that shit into AI and look at what it says". Ugh! Why do science if you don't want to learn about how things work! it's literally our job!!!

calling my friend S for the walk home was such a perfect way to end my night out! love her, miss her, and also praise every single thing that put her into my life. feel so grateful to have her as a friend. we always struggle to get ahold of each other but for some reason I felt she was going to answer this time and she told me she was ready to leave her house but was delaying it for no apparent reason
