(Before I say anything, I should make it clear that Iâm a very open minded person, so whenever it comes to these types of questions, I make sure to always give room for others to add their thoughts or opinions, or I try to answer in a way where it doesnât seem like a statement, so I apologize if I donât give a direct answer)
Hereâs the thing about fandoms, and âmischaracterizationâ
Most, âmischaracterizationâ are just headcanons,
BUT to say, âoh I KNOW this character does *and itâs something the character would never even consider doing*â is understandably mischaracterization, and you are valid to be irritated by that.
But, if I were to say, âoh I think this character likes pieâ or, âI think this character likes redâ thatâs a headcanon
do I believe Vincent is a virgin;
Itâs hard to guess at all, because no one fully knows how many times heâs been outside of Ambrose, and considering how quiet he is, he may not know how to properly interact with anyone other than Bo.
So, to get someone in bed, mmm, idk.
BUT, this is all alleged because the writers and directors couldnât give us more of him, so he could be a lot more flirtatious than we think (as flirtatious as someone like Vincent could be)
MAYBE, heâs had a victim try to, âsex their way outâ and actually got laid, but heâd probably encapsulate them afterwards as a constant reminder who his first was.
OR, another possibility (that is reasonable for Vincent) is that, maybe he lost his virginity to a statue he made or a victim he encapsulated? It doesnât sound too crazy considering all that he does. (Vincent being a necrophiliac doesnât seem too crazy either, canon or not.)
With all that being said,
I think thatâs what makes a character for someone; what do YOU think?
Because, EVERYONE is allowed to view or headcanon a character however they want, thatâs the fun part! And youre more than allowed to take from others headcanons and make some changes.
Just remember to always have fun and be respectful of otherâs opinions or beliefs of a character! (:
