"One time? You should have seen him when we were children. He used to be part of my tea parties all the time, dress and all, to his embarrassment of course." She laughs softly.

“Is that so?” She blinks, before adjusting her glasses with a sheepish chuckle. “Well, I suppose with there being so many of us, there isn’t much time to talk about us all. Are you a friend of his?”

Alice giggles softly behind her hand before politely dipping her head. “It is a pleasure to meet you too. Now, you sit there and rest whilst I go and get us some tea.” She turns and makes her way towards the front of the cafe.

“Ah, no, not at all! Please, feel free.” The girl offers a pleasant smile, gesturing to the empty seat beside her.

“Thank you!” the young man replied, quickly flopping down into the seat with a deep sigh, his hat flopping forward and almost off his head. He turned to the girl beside him and shared a tired smile. “Sorry, I’ve been running around all day, haven’t had a chance to sit down until now.”

“Well, that’s no good!” She chuckles softly. “Ah, I was just about to go and order some more tea. Would you care for a cup? You seem like you could do with one.” She offers, pleasant smile remaining.

He glanced up and quickly righted his hat, letting it stand tall on his head once more. “That would be nice, yes,” he smiled, nodding back at her, “What’s your name, by the way? I’m Midnight Maddison, but all my friends call me Madds.”

The blonde nods and stands from her seat, before pausing. “Ah, yes! Where are my manners?” She quickly turns to face the other, and curtsies politely. “Adelais Arc - though, everyone just calls me Alice.” She introduces herself.

“Not really, just handling some pest control.” He set Maginhild down with a groan. “I will never understand how nora swings this thing around like it’s nothing.”

“P-Pest control? I see... Curious.” She taps her chin before adjusting her glasses with a smile. “Nora, she’s your team mate right? I have to admit, that does look rather heavy...”
