Nat Wolff will play Isaac in the TFiOS movie.
He better dye his hair or I swear to god
I'm going on Hiatus for a while, because school has just been really stressful lately and I can't keep up with the work. I'll probably back sometime by the end of May, love you all!
//goodnight all :)
Lucy let out a soft laugh in response, noticing that he was trying to brighten the mood. The attempt made her feel a bit more comfortable, and a small smile appeared on her face, âSo, what are you doing out here all alone?â
"I get lost a lot." Isaac said, frowning, but quickly smiling. "I have absolutely no idea where I am."
âAlthough I must admit I like the pun, that sucks pretty bad.â Lucy replied, fiddling with her fingers. She felt a bit awkward, since sheâs never met a⊠well, a blind person, and she wasnât sure how to act around them.
"Almost like I was destined to get eye cancer. Isaac said, forcing a laugh. "It was fate." Isaac had gotten very good at telling when people were feeling awkward around him, which was admittedly most the time, so he was trying to ease the tension.

â [ Ω ]; âThis is a bit reassuring I must say, thank youâ she replied with a tiny smile upon her lips. âWhat do you do throughout the day Isaac, if I may ask?â
"Throughout the day?" Isaac said,  frowning slightly. "Well, it's not very interesting. Video games and learning how to read braille, and cook, and basically not die, really." Isaac said. His life was boring without school to entertain him, and it had also been quite... lonely.
I dare you to go on anon and break my muse
Lucy looked at the cane for a few seconds before it clicked in her brain. âOh.â She gave a small nod once she understood, âWell, then, my nameâs Lucy. You are?â
"Isaac." he said, nodding. "Rather unfortunate name, given my situation, huh?"

â [ Ω ]; His description made her skin crawl. Isaac, are you serious? âI wasnât expecting to be soâŠshittyâ she asserted with a funny face. âAnyway, I respect your opinionâ she ended.
"You just sounded like him, I doubt you're anything like him." Isaac said, laughing.
â âCouldnâtâ? Why? Bad eye sight?â Lucy guessed, tilting her head to the side curiously.
"You could say that." Isaac said, lifting his cane slightly so she could see it.

â [ Ω ]; âWhoâs Patrick?â she asked with a raised eyebrow, followed by a lous giggle. âIâm quite too, to be honest. Not my best day but Iâll be fineâ she assured him.
"He's this guy I know who runs a support group. He's super religious every meeting he has us sit in the Circle of Trust, and listen to him recount for the thousandth time his depressingly miserable life storyâhow he had cancer in his balls and they thought he was going to die but he didn't die and now here he is, a full-grown adult in a church basement in the 137th nicest city in America, divorced, addicted to video games, mostly friendless, eking out a meager living by exploiting his cancertastic past, slowly working his way toward a master's degree that will not improve his career prospects, and just waiting- like cancer patients at sometime or another, to die. Every meeting he asks us the same four questions: Name. Age. Diagnosis. And how we're doing today. That's why I said you sounded like him." Isaac said, sighing.
Joanna looked confused. Quickly, she waved her hands in front of her. No reaction. âOh! OhâŠÂ oh.â She came to sudden realization. âNo-no reason I guess. Well, itâs nice to meet yaâ, mister.âÂ
"Nice to meet you...?" Isaac said, raising an eyebrow at her. "I'm Isaac, by the way."
âUh, yesâŠ?â Lucy responded, slightly confused. How could he not see her? She was standing right in front of him!
"Sorry." Isaac said, biting his lip. "I couldn't see you there."
âYes⊠are you there?â Joanna looked slightly confused, she didnât know he couldnât actually see her.Â
"I'm very much here." Isaac said, turning to the sound of her voice. "Why do you ask?" He questioned her, wondering if he had met a fellow blind person or something.

âYep. Thatâs my name. Kind of like the tinsel you put on a Christmas tree, but, with a âyâ at the end.â She laughed softly. âNice to meet you, Isaac. She bit her lip, noticing the boyâs struggle to find where she was standing. âCan you not see very well?â She inquired, not meaning to sound rude.
"Hm. That's a nice name." Isaac said, nodding. "A name that reminds me of Christmas is a good name no matter what." Isaac paused, not knowing what to say. "Uh, actually, I'm, er, blind." he said.

â [ Ω ]; âIâm glad you think so, thank youâ she said with a soft smile. âSo, tell me. How are you today?â she asked, leaning against the wall ready to listen carefully to everything he was going to say.
"You sound like Patrick." Isaac said, biting his lip. "I'm okay, today, which is actually pretty great for me." he laughed. "What about you?"
+Hazelthegrenade
âHi Isaac. Yeah, support group Hazel. Not that you know any other Hazels.â She shrugged. âHow goes the war in Counterinsurgence? Saved any more innocent bystanders?â
"How do you know I don't know any Hazels? Not saying I do, because I don't, but how do you know?" Isaac asked, laughing. Whatever. Of course I have, Hazel. All in a day's work."
