Hi People, Long Time No See

Sooo. Hi. It’s been quite a long time now hasn’t it. I really have missed Seth and playing with the people here, but I just kind of fell off of him. I don’t really know what to say to apologize for vanishing like that without any warning.

Such a wild thing to observe: SKorea has developed so rapidly that our language has become riddled with foreign loanwords that our Northern counterpart can no longer understand - even if we speak the same language.

Excited to see technology being used as a powerful medium to better bridge the growing 70-year gap of our now two distinct cultures.

Narrator: “Through 70 years of separation, languages of the two Koreas have grown apart. Would you mark any unfamiliar words? North Korean defector students could understand less than 50% of the terms in the textbooks. This led to them being neglected from regular education, and that led to disparity in employment and income. Even Google Translator could not solve the discrepancies in the language. So then we came to create our own translator. South Korean-North Korean translator. We designed it so that a simple scan of an unfamiliar South Korean word with a smartphone would translate it into North Korean. Translating several words all at once is also possible. It was hoped that with this app, the North Korean defectors would be able to get proper education. We of course plan to continue to help them adjust well to life in South Korea. Koreans were shocked, saddened, but motivated after seeing the translator for what had been the same language.”

Adam smiled when Seth spoke of himself. Taking out a cloth , dousing it with an oil, and began to lightly tap at the first upper cut on Seth’s arm. Trying to be as light as possible.

“ Well– I couldn’t just let you get crushed by that cart. That’d … Well— it’d be wrong…” Adam spoke gently, and continued to the next cut. “ And if you are my soulmate–whether or not you… Are interested in … Me… I have to make sure that you are at least decently taken care. If you want to pursue this. Us.”  Adam’s cheeks grew warm as he mentioned that last part, and he leaned in a bit closer switching to the small bit above Seth’s eye. The light breath not far from the other, as he began treating the bruise.

The Druidh tried to stop from twitching away from the oil as it did burn the cuts that he had, After all any oil that could help heal would also burn the infection. So as the oil burned away the infection he smiled up toward what he believed to be Adam’s face.

“Well no you couldn’t, but still. thank you for saving me.” He replied “I feel quite safe under you care so far mr Adam. Saving me from death, taking care of my injuries, so far I have to say I am... Well I am interested.” He said Flinching lightly as the other began to dab against the bruise over his eye. After realizing it wasn’t going to hurt like the last one, he relaxed into the dabbing. If Adam were to smell at the Druidh he would smell of plants and the deepest parts of the forest.
