Words Matter

To everyone out there, Words matter. What you say to people does affect them, even if you think it doesn't. Words can hurt people. They can hurt people more than you can comprehend. Words can drive people to do the unimaginable. I thought it was important to say this, because recently a girl in my area committed suicide after being cyber-bullied. Sadly, the boy who bullied her so harshly seems to have no remorse for what he has done. To those out there who are cruel to others, I beg you, please don't be like him. Don't be the person who is the reason someone beautiful and kind, and so deserving of a wonderful life, is gone. Before you say something cruel, or send a text or comment that is unkind, maybe think about it first. Think about the repercussions your words will have. Please, please, please, think before you talk.

Advice for Highschool

1: Make good friends, ones that you know you can trust. 2: Don't get involved in/start drama. It's not worth it, and people can really end up hurt. 3: Have fun and be funny and be whatever you want because trust me, real friends won't care if your crazy. 4: Never get too cocky. 5: Don't you worry cause even when things go wrong please trust me when I say that eventually, it will all be okay. 6: Study! 7: love who you are! 8: Don't worry about dating and relationships. I've found that you have more fun dancing with your friends then some guy. 9: never worry about what anyone else thinks. 10: be kind, be strong, be brave, and be smart. Make good choices <3
