what a fucking line man. it's so heartbreaking because wilbur truly feels like he's taking up too much space, and that his time on the server and in people's lives have run its course. this is just another form of wilbur thinking that his life is a story. I do believe that he was, at one point, grateful for being revived. but after the events of the ho16 and while on his apology tour, he's grown to believe that he is still a villain, that he is still evil, that he is still someone that people do not want in their lives, the same things he felt in pogtopia and on november 16th. and because of that, because his story was supposed to end on the 16th, he has now overstayed his welcome. he believes that he is a burden to others, and this is just one of his many other vocalizations of this point.

however dsmp ends, volume 2 is never going to be the same as it was these past 2 years (and this is not a bad thing!) so i would like to say thank you to everyone still here, watching it at the end. those that grew up with dsmp. even if you aren't going to remain for volume 2. thank you for being apart of it!
