Has anybody else tired these? Cora thinks their brilliant - she will turn her nose up at normal rice but will eat these no problem so far she's tried this one (cheese and tomato) the sunshine veg and shes loved both we've only been able to find them in asda so far, weve brought her a mild curry one to try next, tonight she's having it with plain chicken chunks (were having curry later on) and some extra cheese.

It's pay day today I've been paid £422 and I have no idea why, it's over £100 less than last month and as far as I can remember I've done exactly the same hours. Once everything is paid I have approximately £0 left. So now what do I? I just want to hide away and forget about it for today but we said we'd take Cora to sea life in Manchester, I honestly don't want to go now. I really don't think we can afford it, especially considering from what I've figured Dave will only have about £200 left this month. I think it's a waste of money, but he won't listen.

I fear we may be slightly mad but this is my new (yes new) living room!! The bath you can see is in my new dinning room. I'm full of apprehension but so far so good. I can actually see the front door today and that a step forward from Wednesday. To do list *empty all the rubble/post/crap that's accumulated in the 10 years it's been empty. *knock wall from kitchen to dinning room down *block of entry from lounge to kitchen *plaster all the downstairs walls *new Windows and doors *rip up old flooring put new down *decorate *put walls and floors down upstairs (bathroom 1 double 1 queen (play room/gaming room) 1 single) *re wire entire house and garage *plaster all upstairs walls *put flooring (carpet) down *decorate *sort entrance and stairs/hallway *move in.

I never got a tax credit renewal pack so I obviously didn’t renew now I haven’t been paid and can’t afford to pay Coras nursery fees this week. I feel like such an idiot. I just assumed it was end of August you renewed because last year is pretty much one biiiiiiiig blur. I’m on hold to hmrc at the minute, hope to god they can sort something otherwise come Friday I’m going to be begging family for £60. I don’t want to tell D because I don’t want him to realise how useless I actually am. We literally have no savings between us either to dip into. Just fuck.

We have a new family car!!!!

Woo hoo. A 2006 vw Passat, top of the range dvd/sat nav, cruise control everything you could possibly need/want. My car will more than likely become the run around and when a house and finances ect are sorted and straight we will look at getting him a "toy" and by toy I mean something with an engine too big that makes too much noise and is probably too close to the road, think old shape Honda Civic type R. I'm so glad we finally made a decision, it's been a tough and stressing week in this house.

We didn't get the car

We turned up and it was literally a pile of junk. Not what the pictures showed an not what was described at all 200 miles of wasted petrol. It had a massive crack in the windscreen that meant an mot failure meaning we couldn't have driven it away today anyway because despite telling them we were coming to buy it and drive it away today all being well they hadn't put an mot on it!! And no way would we have had time to wait while they did one today.

We're in Yorkshire! Hopefully buying a car!! A Volvo s40 fingers crossed.
