im sure u get asked this tons but whats your art process??? like how do you make your expressions look that good or your colors mix together that well??

I study other artists— that’s been the most vivid teacher of my style and process for me! ami thompson, minkyu lee, jin kim, etc. the sketches you find in the character design section of art books help a lot with breaking down expressions and stylizing facial features. I’m surprised you mention the colors bit in my art because coloring/color theory is actually my main insecurity with my art process lol! I just mess with color grading and I actually never use the multiply layer. Defining a line of action and balance between straights and curves in shape design helps lead my drawings a lot.
