I’ve been thinking a lot abt lapis having had friends on homeworld. since we don’t rlly. know anything abt her before she was trapped. i’d make a fic abt this if i had the energy to write longfics but i fear i suck ass at that. But i wanted to just design some lapises tbh. so here are these darlings

i know our lapis definitely came to earth alone— i imagine era 1 lapises were stronger and didn’t need to work in bigger groups compared to era 2 lapises, but they would still work together on bigger planets sometimes just to make the work go quicker. i feel like lapis would be hesitant to reunite with the other gems from her facet/home planet at first… Bc she was only around for 200 years before she was trapped, she probably thinks they forgot about her. but she eventually would sometime in era 3 (after some prodding from steven, amethyst and peridot) and obviously they always remembered <3
