Do you accept OC's, and is there anything different we need to do if applying for one?

at the moment, we are not accepting oc’s into the group. mainly because we still have a lot of skeletons open. practically all of them. however, we do have a lot of surnames that don’t have skeletons, which could practically be an oc??? if that makes sense. you can find the full list of names, here. these are the names we had planned on posting a skeleton for but you are more than welcome to apply for one without a skeleton up.

the original application did have a bio section but it was removed when i changed the app.
