🌙 depressed littles who... 🩵

- uses kids products to help motivate showers, brushing teeth and brushing hair

- cocoons themself in plushies and blankets, staying in bed all day and barely sleeping at night

- uses kids dishes and nastolgic meals when struggling with low appetite

- uses a sticker chart and reward system to try and feel excited and productive about chores

- cling to fictional cgs from comfort shows

- use diaps when they are too tired to get up to potty

- whine for a cg they don't have

- struggle to remember to eat, shower, change clothes, brush their hair or teeth or take medicine

- struggle to get excited about their interests

- lack the energy and/or time to regress

- struggle with nightmares and use their stuffies to comfort then

- only have the energy to be a completely dependent baby and nothing more

- who are both too scared to ask to be cared for, but also too uncomfortable to regress alone

- who feel a ton of shame, anxiety or guilt during and/or after regressing

- who can only age dream due to intrusive thoughts or anxiety

- who rely on regression completely for getting out of bed in the morning and falling asleep at night

been so depressed recently so I thought I'd share this. I truly could go on and on about how my regression is integral to my depression. I hope some of you can feel seen from this !

Kiddo Sites/Apps!

Hi hi! I always see a lot of posts recommending sites and apps for age regressors but a lot of the time they’re the same things, so I thought I’d make my own! All the sites and apps on here are free, don’t worry! (Some may have ads or in-app purchase, though!) It’s under the cut cause I tried to include some preview pictures which made it kinda long! If anyone would like to add more or have me add more, just let me know! Have fun and stay safe during this time of quarantine and social distancing!

🏖Summer Activites🏖

🏖Go camping. Get creative with this one if you want. “Camping” can be the whole nine yards of going out hiking and everything, or setting up a tent in your backyard or living room, or setting up forts in your house. Find what works for you.

🏖Make S’mores. Once again, get creative. If you can’t get to a place with a proper fire pit, find alternatives. Use your indoor fireplace, a candle, a gas stove, just be safe and sensible!

🏖Go exploring. Pack your favorite bag with water and snacks and go on a walk to a park or go hiking along a trail.

🏖Find new hobbies. If you’re like me, summer means extra free time. So take the time to find some new fun things to do. Watch that show, read that book, try that one thing you’ve been meaning to!

🏖Make icecream. This is a summer favorite of mine. There are plenty of tutorials from squishing around things in a bag to buying a proper machine. Get creative with your flavors.

🏖Picnics. Pack some sandwiches and your favorite foods, grab a blanket and some other things and find a spot for a picnic!Sometimes I’ll picnic in my backyard or I’ll go all out and go to the park!

Outdoor:

Mud potions! Get a container, fill it with dirt, water, sticks grass whatever you need!

Stick art! Collect sticks to arrange in any form, you could make anything

Digging, get a small shovel and look for treasures

Indoors:

paint a picture! Get your paints, your brushes, a pallet, some water and your canvas (or whatever you want to decorate!) And paint whatever you want! You can even hang it up after

Play video games, whether you like cozy games or something more intense, any game you feel like playing is a great one

Puzzles! Lots of apps are available if you, dont have space, dont have the time, or dont have any jigsaw puzzles

organize! You can set up all your toys (or clothes, knickknacks, anything) in a row or piles based on whatever category you want, the feel, the color, size, use, anything

Play pretend! Your bed could be a boat! Try to keep on track to get treasure!

Bake! Make sure you clean up after, a messy kitchen isnt very fun to bake in

Dress up! Find a photo you like and try to recreate it with your own clothes!

Crafts!

make some stickers!

Supplies needed: paper, scissors, clear tape, parchment paper and something to draw with

Draw as many stickers as you want

Cut out each sticker (be careful!)

Lay out parchment paper so every sticker can lay without touching

Tape over the parchment paper to make a good layer (overlap is okay but not needed)

Lay down each sticker so they dont touch!

Carefully lay the tape over each sticker
