i frequently co-front or am co-concious with my system. we see ourselves mostly collectively and use i/me often, acknowledge everyone as a part of the same person, etc. i have some form of communication with about ten of my headmates but have much more as well as unnamed fragments. i am frequently dissociated and this affects my behavior. i am in therapy and working on my dissociation. we take system accountability and work with each other if confronted with an issue.

i am a victim of 23 years of bad isolation and multiple forms of neglect, as well as repeated severe abuse for most my life. this has affected every aspect of me and i talk about it and the effect it had on me often as well as am outspoken on topics related to my kinds of trauma. just treat us as you would anyone else.
