i’ve been struggling with bad inflammation. especially in my lower back. it’s been hard to do the simplest movements. we checked for auto immune disease which came back negative (thankfully bc that was scary lol) but afterwards i didn’t get the best advice to help bring it down. just to take ibuprofen if i’m feeling pain which i don’t want to do.
i’m lucky to have a husband who cooks. he’s willing to help me make anti inflammatory meals and such. we’re also going to the gym together to just help stretch my muscles and bring my strength back after 2 years of health issues. also my husband booked a couples massage for my bday which i’m blessssssed for 🫶🏼
i’m trying to do my own research on what i can do to better my body and health. i don’t want this to stop me from literally just able to do simple tasks and make me bed rot. especially if we have kids. i’m trying to thriiiive in my 30s, not waste away.
