Trauma when Shifting:

So, Lot’s of people have been discussing this topic recently, and I just wanted to give my input.

There’s been debate on whether you can script “I don’t bring any trauma back to my CR.” But that doesn’t seem entirely possible.

Say you want to have a zombie apocolypse DR (me too babez) and want to script you don’t bring trauma back. You, as someone in this day and age, are probably not very used to zombies, and all the scary stuff that comes with that, so I would say it’s a fair assumption to say you’d be traumatized.

Your desired reality is as real as this, you’d really be out there killing zombies, and that sounds scary as hell. You can’t script you won’t bring trauma back because you’ll remember what happened once you wake up here, in your CR. I would say maybe instead of trying to script ‘no trauma’ back, you make it less traumatic in the script? Because you’re bringing those memories all back with you regardless, so I don’t see why not make it less scary. Scripting you wont bring back certain emotions and memories to your CR would be much harder than scripting for your DR.

When you’re affirming i know sometimes it may feel like you’re lying but that doesn’t matter because your subconscious doesn’t know the difference from what’s true and what’s not. so affirm anyway .
