hannah   is   born   an   only   child   to   half-blood   wizard   and   muggle   born   mother   somewhere   in   east   ireland.      the   abbott   family   had   been   apart   of   the   sacred   twenty-eight   up   until   hannahs   paternal   grand-mother   married   a   muggle   born.   being   a   halfblood   doesn’t   affect   hannahs   ability   to   feel   powerful,   though,   as   she   believes   what’s   beneath   someone's   skin   is   silly,   knowing   that   at   the   end   of   the   day,   everyone   will   bleed   the   same.   she   is   the   first   to   be   sorted   into   HUFFLEPUFF    in   her   year,   an   easy   decision   for   the   hat   to   make.   

personality, 

empathetic,   tone   deaf,   easily   flustered,   naïve,   sensitive,   are   all   traits   associated   with   hannah,   but   that’s   not   all.   brilliant,   witty,   brave,   protective,   are   others   that   seem   to   be   pushed   aside.   y’see,   hufflepuffs   aren’t   all   sunshine   n’   rainbows,   hannah   is   one   of   the   many   members   to   prove   of   that.   will   she   cry   if   you   raise   your   voice   at   her?   likely,   but   she’ll   still   use   a   sharp   tongue   despite   the   tears   flowing   down   her   face.      

school-years,

hannah   is   prone   to   breakdowns,   we   see   that   during   her   short   appearances   in   the   novels,   and   after   the   death   of   her   mother   and   the   injury   of   her   father   caused   by   death   eaters   during   her   sixth   year,   breakdowns   only   become   more   frequent,   which   calls   for   her   to   withdrawal   herself   from   hogwarts   for   the   remaining   school   year.   that   later   regards   for   her   to   repeat   her   sixth   year,   falling   behind.   

post-hogwarts,

hannah   fights   in   the   battle   of   hogwarts   alongside   her   former   D.A   members,   and   after   the   war,   she   finishes   up   school   with   flying   grades   and   decides   to   take   a   year   off   from   everything   in   order   to   collect   her   thoughts.   she   takes   care   of   her   father,   maybe   travels   around   the   U.K   a   bit,   before   working   beside   tom   at   the   leaky   cauldron   where   he   retired   and   promoted   her   to   landlady.   she   works   there   for   a   handful   of   years   before   she   begins   training   to   become   a   HEALER,   and   when   she’s   ready,   she   retires   and   becomes   one   full   time.
