He picked up his own jacket, ignoring her pout. “Yeah I’ve got everything.” He said as he followed her out the door.
“Love you. I’ll at least talk to you later if we don’t meet back up.” He said as she dropped him off at his car. He took his jacket and waved, then turned to go get his car.
His camera was in his backpack which was safely tucked into the trunk but these weren’t the best shoes to go walking in they’d have to do though. He drove to the big park that had jogging trails wound through it and took his time, walking in the grass, taking photos of some of the nature that caught his eye. The park had some trees in it, enough to make a thick stand but not enough to be called woods. He took photos of them, he got in among them and pointed his camera upward and took a photo of the sun and clouded sky through the canopy. He put his camera down, letting it hang from his neck as he continued to walk.
The shoot went amazingly well. It had been a while since Miranda had had a chance to play anyone but someones wife or girlfriend and this role was very different. Very different indeed.
During a break in filming, Miranda sent Viggo a text. ‘Still want that caller id pic?” A few moment’s later she sent him a photo that had been taken by a cast-mate and it was wildly different from her usual look, even her usual roles.
Her hair was down and instead of messing around with it, they’d made the most of the waves that cascaded down past her shoulders. Her make up was heavier than normal with a smokey eyeshadow and black liner, her lipstick a shade of red that would strike fear into a man and a deep purple dress that caught every single sleek curve and moulded perfectly to her shape. It stopped just after the curve of her thigh, and dipped to show a slight amount of bust. It was teamed with a studded leather jacket, left open, and a pair of stiletto heels. In one hand was a partially smoked cigarette that still smouldered.
Miranda was looking at the Camera with a slight head tilt, her free hand brought up so as her thumb was resting against her lips. It could easily have been a promotional shot for the program itself.
Viggo’s phone buzzed. He opened it and looked at the photo attached to the message. “I love it.” he messaged back.
He loved the shoots she did, some of them had her in great costumes. Beautiful dresses and gorgeous makeup. He smirked to himself as he thought that he’d have to rank this with the leather motorcycle gear. “You want to go to dinner tonight?” He messaged her as he got up to head for his place.
Once there he showered again and dressed in his solid black suit. As he put the tie on he had second thoughts and removed it before undoing the top couple buttons. He took a picture and sent it Miranda “You can’t be the only one dressed up.”
Miranda smiled when she got the text. It was nice that he liked it. Her phone buzzed again with the offer of dinner. “Yeah, that’d be nice, where will I meet you?..Though next scene all this gets ruined!” She replied. She had just finished looking over her next few lines when her phone went again, she thought it was a reply about dinner, but when the picture of Viggo with that suit on and a few buttons undone, came through, Miranda’s expression was a give away. “That man of her’s has sent her a nude..” One of the girls joked.
Miranda chuckled “Not quite.” Then replied to Viggo. “Keep that up and you’ll be the one being devoured ;)’ she set her phone down and went back to filming
Viggo felt like kicking himself. It was Friday, the only way anyone was going to get a meal at a decent restaurant was with reservations….and he hadn’t made any. “Um.. about that. I going to have to make a store run, bit late to try for reservations. Shame about the outfit.” He messaged back.
He stepped into his sneakers and grabbed his keys and wallet as he left for the store. “Last minute idea for dinner, got steaks and fish both, can decide which we want. got dessert too. :)” He sent as he got in line. He hadn’t really thought about the fact he was wearing sneakers with his suit until the clerk gave him an amused look. “Semi-formal occasion?” “Yeah sort of.” He said as he paid. He was still chuckling when he left. “Got steak and fish, wasn’t sure which we’d want. also got dessert.”
‘That really was surf and turf.’ She replied back, then got back to work.
It was a few hours later when Miranda arrived at Viggo’s. She had changed back into something a bit less tarty- an emerald green jumperdress, black leggings and boots, and had re-done her makeup.
‘‘Hello handsome.’‘ She snuck up behind Viggo and pinched his backside.
Viggo had heard the door, but hadn’t paid much attention as he was starting their dinner. He laughed as she pinched him and turned to face her, abandoning the leafy greens he’d been tearing.
“Hello beautiful.” He said as he put an arm around her and kissing her lightly.
