A significant portion of "transfems" are nothing more than just women-hating incels.

The thought process that goes behind believing a demographic that statistically does the least amount of harm is actually evil and deserves to be killed, while simultaneously holding nowhere near the same level of vitriol towards the demographic that actually murders and assaults "transfems" (which is OTHER MALES, mind you) should raise some brows, even amongst TRAs.

Also, notice how in many of these posts it isn't just "transmascs" but "tme" people in general, which includes "cis" women, y'know, the group these trans identified men claim to be the same as and share "kinship" with. They believe themselves to be superior to females because they are "trans" (aka MEN) while simultaneously claiming to be female. This is nothing new; males have been claiming that females are inferior for centuries, this is just the same thing in a different font.

sorry to add more examples but they actually REALLY hate trans mascs. They hate them beyond belief. this isn't even all of what i have seen, i randomly selected a few screenshots in the folder that i've been saving for a few weeks.

So the reason that they hate them is misogyny obviously, but also consider that these are the "afabs" that are closest and most accessible to them, the ones who bear the brunt of their abuse. It's like asking why amish men especially mistreat amish women. And I think what we need to be aware of is that ftms/transmascs deserve empathy and understanding in this situation. It simply won't work to attack or to ridicule their beliefs and identity, when they're already facing harassment from their own community. From everything we know about religions and cult dynamics, that will only entrench them further in their beliefs that feminists are the enemy.

I would suggest that radfems treat transmascs with respect and empathy. Or failing that, leave them alone. They have a huge mental and social block when it comes to speaking with "suppressive persons" aka radfems... I know it's frustrating to watch, but this situation is growing unsustainable for many of them, so it's likely that many of them will reach these conclusions on their own, in their own way and in their own time. The best thing we can do is provide acceptance, solidarity, and support when they get there.

it’s kinda funny in a sad way that there was that research paper years back that found that lesbians are most likely to be victims of homophobic abuse by the various people in their lives (such as their parents, relatives, friends, coworkers, etc) but everyone decided to interpret it as if it were saying that lesbians are the most likely to abuse each other and then used that false info as a way of furthering the homophobic abuse against us 🙃

Here’s the original study: The National Intimate Partner and Sexual Violence Survey: 2010 Findings on Victimization by Sexual Orientation

The study found that LGB women were more likely to be victimized by abuse than men, which most people took to mean that lesbians were more likely to abuse each other, but if you read the study you’ll find that the majority of the perpetrators of abuse of these LGB women were men, not fellow women.

Obviously abuse can occur in lesbian relationships, because anyone can be an abuser no matter what demographic they belong to, but to claim that lesbian couples have the highest rate of domestic violence is objectively and provably false.

today i just learned that male ballet dancers don't have to be 'en pointe' or on their toes while dancing. They dance on the balls of their feet. En pointe is reserved for female ballet dancers only, unless the males are doing comedy or drag roles...that's fucking crazy. why does no one talk about this. have you seen ballerina feet? why are women always tortured in the name of femininity? (ballerina feet under the cut its a bit gross cuz of injury)

Pair figure skating is similar. For a start, the women wear very revealing clothes while the men are fully clothed. Imagine men performing in a t-shirt and tiny underwear.

And women are also the ones being held, lifted and thrown around by men, risking major injuries and even death.

I'm not going to show you accident pictures you can just imagine what happens when she or he loses balance, misses a landing, loses their grip or slips on the ice. It happens. And it's not pretty.

Especially during lifts, because he's usually holding her hands tight, so she can't get free in time to protect herself as she hits the ice. Like on the picture with the purple outfit, one woman fell forward from this position, her hands stuck in his. Her head hit the ice full speed, twisted her neck, she didn't get up and had to be carried off the ice. (She survived.) Meanwhile the men are like... lifting weight while keeping their balance.

There's even this figure called the Death Spiral. That's the official name. Above is an exhibition variation. Normally, the man has to crouch and maintain position while she spins around him very fast and as low as possible.

The problem is, if his foot slips, the blade can hit her throat or face. I saw it happen once, she had a huge cut on her face, right bellow her eye and they had to stop right here and there.

And what's more, usually if the woman has an accident, the man keeps on skating as if nothing happened. He only stops if she can't get up at all. It's always fascinating to me. Well, it used to be. I don't watch it anymore obviously.

I dislike the way that people dance around the oppression of women when it comes to conversations about history. Lots of people acknowledge that women were seen and treated as property, but the horror of that experience is rarely conveyed. When teaching about women's rolls in ancient cultures there is always that comment about women not being able to own property, that they were property themselves, and were expected to be submissive to men. But what does this actually look like?

It looks like rape. Like mothers being seperated from daughters. It looks like being forced to cohabit with and serve an owner who will force himself on you and breed you like stock. It is the sadness of miscarriage and the realisation that your body won't hold up. It's mutilation and violence. It's watching the deaths of your friends knowing that none of them lived a truly happy life. It's watching your daughter grow up knowing that she will be sold into servitude and raped until she dies, the same fate you face. In some cases you didn't even have a name.

Women's oppression is the oldest form of oppression, and yet we are still so strongly gripped by patriarchy that there is a refusal to acknowledge what that actually means. We have barely even started earning our rights in the west, and our sisters still face the terror of what I have described above. Women are always one step away from losing everything, and yet the movement meant to fight for women's liberation is being overun by men and misogynistic women. It's easier for them to uphold the status quo than challenge it.

Women need to learn their history, the grim and horrifying reality of it. The truth of our existence under patriarchy. If we don't seek out this truth, then history is doomed to repeat.

transmasculine people and trans men who still participate in and are welcomed by lesbian communities make these people as mad as they do because they're so disgusted by the idea of someone being born and experiencing what they desire (girlhood and womanhood) and "rejecting" that (transition) but still being recognised as having such a past (as a girl or woman). this makes them extra mad if they have gone from being straight cis men to trans lesbian women because many of them are insecure in their lesbian identities and cannot fathom why one would retain a connection to their pre-transition spaces and life as a whole given that lesbian spaces do not want straight cis men, their prime fetishisers and victimisers, a group they were once a part of, around or in them.

the cis man "inexplicably drawn to lesbian spaces" and therefore seen as a potential trans lesbian is seen as having more of a place amongst lesbians than anyone who was once a lesbian but became a man. through beginning to identify as a lesbian you have more right over it than someone who was one regardless of how long they may have been one. why is that?

they close their eyes to straight trans women in gay male spaces, trans women who frequently use apps like Grindr, etc. because they know it's the same thing the other way around. those who were homosexual or adjacent pre-transition stay around where they were welcome because most people don't abandon entire life's worth of sexuality, identity and community through a change of gender alone.

it reminds me of dedicated "truscun"/"trutrans" rhetoric back when that was a thing lol, you're not dedicated enough to being a man or woman if you're not fully shedding every part of your previous self. which is also part of why they really want to insist that it's those heckin "TMEs" that are public enemy number one isolating them from friend groups, getting them literally murdered via blog deletion etc.. they are so dedicated to the idea of now being at the bottom of society's totem pole that they really believe one just transitions into a position of power and oppression because they believe they've transitioned out of it.

see how plaidos is so mad about the idea of having to "earn" her womanhood compared to a trans man who she describes as being born with a "silver spoon up his pussy" (how cartoonishly misogynistic of you)? see how the whole argument boils down to "well cis lesbians might be okay with it, but transbians don't (I am uncomfortable when we are not about me)!" these aren't things someone comfortable in her identity as a trans lesbian would see as a threat! the presence of the trans man in lesbian spaces is something they see as a direct threat to themselves and their senses of belonging. they see anyone born with a vagina who identifies out of womanhood but remains connected to lesbians regardless as Entitled Bitches who were Born With Privilege that are encroaching on their territory. you hear that? you got everything given to you on a silver platter because you were born with a vagina, right?

they're literally writing their disdain for you and anyone like you out in plain English. when are you all going to start seeing it for what it is?

(it's also why they get really mad when you bring up how many of them were racist channer boys tormenting women and people of colour pre-transition - like I said in this post that was a different version of them, that one doesn't exist anymore, so what are you doing bringing it up?)

"Bitches" and "women" are used interchangeably in so many contexts. It's everywhere in top 40 songs. It's wild to claim that it's not a gendered word at all, esp when the literal meaning is "female dog". Like if u don't care about using slurs, then just admit that. But don't try to pretend like it's not one. The fact that it's widespread and normalized doesn't make it not a slur, it just shows how deep sexism is still ingrained in our culture.

I would also like to add that "anyone can be called one" isn't really true either, because calling a man a bitch is different from calling a woman a bitch. When a woman is called that, it's because she was mean, voicing her opinion or saying no. When a man is called that, it means he is weak (men call each other a little bitch to mean coward) and they're comparing him to what they think a woman is, aka weak. It always mean woman, they just don't wanna admit it.

You can't feel like a sex because they're not emotions or sensations. It's just a state of being. You're just uncomfortable and unhappy with gender roles forced unto you.

I can assure you most people, especially women, aren't happy with these roles either.

Not feeling "feminine" or not subscribing to sexist gender roles doesn't make you not a woman.

Same how not feeling "masculine" or "manly" doesn't mean that you're not a man.

‎To encourage women to participate in broader "social justice movements" and stand alongside their community men against the external oppressor, is to ask women to forget the rape, honor killings, domestic abuse, forced marriages, acid attacks, and every other form of patriarchal violence, perpetuated everyday by those same men, reconcile politically and just move on in the pursuit of what's seen as a more important cause, much like how women in abusive relationships are pressured to forget the abuse and continue to live with their abusers for the "greater good"
