Had a funny idea. You know how green pippins/battat represents theorists? What if there was a blue pippins that represented shippers (it’s me. i’m the shipper)

Whenever I’m unhappy with my art or nothing I make seems to work, I just draw Kris to reset and everything seems to work itself out. I figured I’d post this because even though I draw them so much, I haven’t actually posted a Kris drawing here yet.

Wanted to draw something for this AU but my hands are broken again, this time from drawing traditional art all night, so scribbly doodles are all y’all are getting again. I got the idea of spamton fantasizing about chucking canon tenna out a window because he insulted him. Seemed silly enough.

But I then thought about the alternative. What would the tiny gremlins think of each other? Spite? Pity? I decided to go with guilt because you can never go wrong with some self-indulgent angst. They may not be personally responsible for the other’s predicament, but they were caused by choices they know they would’ve made had circumstances been different. I think they’d also feel a bit of understanding and camaraderie with each other since they’ve suffered so similarly. I find a way in any AU to make these two toxically co-dependent even when they’re at their most divorced. You cannot stop me. It is inevitable.

Holy moly a drawing that isn't deltarune?

Yeah, my friend and I were reminiscing on the good ol' days of the undertale fandom (back when it was really toxic lol) and the fanart we made then (back when it was really bad lol). I came to the realization that I never made a good drawing of Papyrus because I never got the hang of drawing him. I decided I would sit down and make a drawing I was proud of. It took a lot of motivation and I nearly gave up like 5 times, but once I made a couple of quick sketches to warm up and figure out how to actually draw him, it went fairly smoothly. It also helped to look up reference images of actual bones and skeletons. Who'd've thunk, amiright?

My hands don’t want to work so sloppy doodles is all you’re gonna get sorry. They don’t hurt or anything, but drawing and playing video games just feels bad. I thought if I forced myself to draw, it would feel better eventually, but uh no. I had to just stop and call it here. In case my handwriting is too sloppy to read, the first image says

The red isn’t blood, his screen is just red from the thorn ring and also it just happens to be a bit leaky (crying) because it’s written in the ancient tomes of yore that commercial break tenna is not allowed to be happy and that he must always be suffering

Theres a lot of AUs I’ve been wanting to make fanart of for a while now and I went with this one because I’m feeling angsty today. (Preferably comics, I’m not great at reading fics because my eyes just glaze over and I have to reread the same paragraph like 5 times over even when I’m genuinely invested)

Had an idea for a weird meta comic where battat gets one if his eyes replaced with a shadow crystal and experiences the existential horror of being nothing more than an illustration on a canvas file, but I had to scrap it because I suck. I thought I‘d at least share this drawing that spawned from the idea though because I think it’s kinda neat

I might revisit it one day, but for now, i just don’t have the time or skills needed to pull it off. Also I only realized once I started coloring that I shouldn’t have taken the screenshot of my drawing program in dark mode because his leg blends in with the background. Unfortunately by the time I realized, it was too late. I wasn’t about to redo everything and it would’ve been a bit of a flashbang anyways

Spamton probably gave the best intros to tenna because of how down bad he was. Get yourself a hype man as horny as spamton is for tenna. This is one of the aforementioned drawings I started and never finished, but I figured I could post the sketch because I really like it. Just don’t look at spamton’s other hand lol

On a completely unrelated note, I’m replaying celeste and has anyone noticed how similar Tenna is to Oshiro? Both are sad old men clinging to the past and have a mental breakdown when the protagonist tries to leave

Was telling my friend that it’s super annoying that you can’t really use references photos when the size difference is this big. Was struggling to draw how spamton would hold tenna’s hand and I was like “the only think I can think to look up for a reference that would be anywhere close to what I need is a baby holding a parent’s hand and uhhh no that’s wildly different imagery that I definitely do not wanna invoke”
