Something very cool about going to a show in a basement going home with someone you’ve met once and 3 strangers getting really drunk having a great time and crashing on someone’s futon with the person you’ve met once before. Really makes the depression feel cured.

If you ever want to skip a few meals get railed for 7 hours it’s 5pm and I just wanna sleep

Went to my first metal show last night and I have a new reason to loose weight. I do not want to be fat and crowd surfing

God Ik this is the weirdest and most basic thing to possibly say on my account but like- I just wanna loose 10 pounds Jesus

Getting to college and eating whatever you want while loosing like weight slow but you good with it because it’s still loosing weight- but also going “I think I should starve myself SKINNYYYY” so idk

Thought I was doing good with my body in college then decided that I wasn’t-great

You all will be seeing more daily calorie and weight shit because I’ve decided I’m fat again

I still don’t know what to do with this guy I met.

We literally click so fucking well we have spent a ridiculous amount of time with eachother the past 3 days it’s insane and I now know more about him than his therapist

When you just spent 5 hours taking to a guy you just met from 6-11 pm and tomorrow your going hiking with him and you kinda think he’s really cute- what do I do?????

Bought a scale, hiding it from my roommate, and the mfp food log:

I’ve began just picking at food forever and only eating half of shit, I also just won’t buy food from the store I won’t I spent too much money to go to this school to do that so I will make the 15 minute walk to my fruit in the morning (I did buy protein shakes tho because my protein is low and the fake sausage is gross)

I think I should start going food logs again I liked those and they keep me accountable

I also drank about 50oz of water and a bunch of Diet Coke so yeah idk what my weight is rn but too high im guessing

I severely underestimated how easy it was going to be to loose weight in college.

I haven’t bought a scale yet but like I’m walking 15,000 steps a day easily before I have classes (just walking around too and from my dorm) literally hitting 6 miles today just existing and the dining hall vegan food is incredibly limited so I’m eating fruit, salads, and random fake meat or tofu shit pre portioned and Its been great.

Literally ate 800 calories today and that’s me not really restricting either but I burned at least 150 by fucking power walking everywhere.

An RA told us the freshman 15 is the opposite here most people loose weight because the food kinda sucks and it’s a hike to get anywhere (up and down hill)

When talking to your friends just makes you feel more alone-

Packing for college is actually exhausting when your family is divorced and you live at your grandparents part time so I have to clear my shit out of 3 houses, bring it all too one house and then pack everything there and I just got cleared from surgery so I only had 2 weeks to do everything and I have one week left

(I’m also fully moving out my rooms are not mine anymore so I’m not leaving anything unless it’s in the attic)

Yk when you just feel like every part of you is fat and disgusting? Like touching your shoulder you just feel fat and breathing feels fat and everything feels fat and gross? Can’t just be me. Gonna go watch nikocado for some reverse inspiration
