So yesterday I've messed up pretty bad ( like a 750 k4l binge) and I wanted to do better today (so less than 500)
375 k4l of cookies (four piece)
10 k4l of energy drinks (two can)
5 k4l of bubble gum
60 k4l of fruit juice (200ml)
25 k4l for one cracker
Andd a total of 475 !!! I'm really proud of myself <3

Total 1000, and my goal was... 1000!
I think this is really funny tbh
I also tried the cold bath, and I just bathed my legs bc i couldn't stand more water (still done 30min)
And I measured my thighs, they are 46.5 cm !!!!!

Everyone, I messed up
I went to a family dinner and I couldn't stop myself. I couldn't count properly, but I think I ate 1750/1800 k4l
Like I wanted to stay under 1000 and I didn't even done that
I feel absolutely terrible and I'm really not happy with myself
Also, I weighted myself at the museum and I was 48 kg
I don't know what to do

Little update on my weight, i'm currently 45.7 kg !! But I think it is mostly water weight because my thighs have a perimeter of 48 cm, or maybe I lost the weight somewhere else, idk
Anyway I'm still very happy about that and really proud of what I've done <3
(I'm pretty sure my high-k4l vacation boosted my metabolism, but anyway)
I'm so so happy!!
