Marble Coffee Table

Taking a short break from working on my kitchen set (I'm still doing it step by step)! I had a lot of marble textures ready for the countertops (including hand-drawn and paid assets) that ended up not being used. It felt like a pity to let them go to waste, so I used them to create this modern-style coffee table instead. Hope you enjoy it <3

Rebuild San Myshuno | Apartments Dump

I never thought I'd ever be inspired to build apartments, but I did! Of all the cities, San Myshuno turned out to be my least favorite for rebuilding, but I did enjoy making the apartments.

I've uploaded a pack of all the apartments; most are already furnished for the sims living there, but there are also some that aren't inhabited.

In some, you'll find coffins instead of beds because I have vampires living there. The sims for these apartments will be available in the save file which I'll upload soon.

It’s been a long week, but we are so excited to finally show you the 1st part of this series!

"Konbini" meant convenience store in Japanese, our collection this time is all about embracing that "third space" vibe—the convenience stores, the messy clutter, and the midnight cravings that make a neighborhood feel like home.

Base Game Addon, Part 4 - Public Release!

Hello! ✨ My (second) biggest addon ever is now available!

While this set focuses on expanding various build mode categories, there's also a couple of buy mode additions as well!

I've added three new fence sets converted over from debug, complete with matching gates, as well as some additional foundation options. For something different, I also converted some brick & wooden flooring options into terrain paints. As weird as it sounds to have wood terrain paints, they can be used to create some nice effects! There's also a new "floating" staircase available, which looks very sleek in any modern home!

As for the buy mode additions, one thing that has always bugged me was how there's a couple of bar-height dining tables in a few packs, but none in base game... I have fixed this issue, and have created bar-height tables for practically every table set in base game!

Additionally, two-tile and one-tile wide options have been created for the dining table that was included in a past event. Event completion is not required for them to function. I also decided to include an edited version of the base game outdoor spa that no longer has the roof attached to it, making it more versatile. (I was never really a fan of that roof)

As it says, this mod forces all DJ roles to use alive Sims, not ghosts.

Rebuild Ondarion | Giardino Del Grandioso

So, I’ve created two versions of this lot for you to choose from. The first one, which we are going to look at right now, is a prestigious equestrian club for the aristocrats of Ondarion. In addition to the equestrian club, it also features a winery with nectar storage cellars and tasting rooms.

The property includes a swimming pool, stables, the winery, an archery and dummy training area, plenty of beautiful alleys, and a llama enclosure (the rich have their quirks, so we have llamas instead of peacocks).

On top of all that, I’ve designed lounge areas where our aristocrats can watch horse races or training sessions, chat, and enjoy a few drinks.

I’ll share more gameplay ideas and a detailed overview of the lot in the Ondarion video tour, as this place turned out to be super packed with features and incredibly atmospheric for gameplay.
