THANK YOU!! I did It. I have no idea how it went but it was kind of an informal thing and they’ll let me know on Monday/Tuesday. I’m very proud of myself that I went at all. Plus, if I get the job that’s great and if I don’t then at least now I have some job interview experience for the next one.

So, today:

Woke up, found some clothes to wear for my 3 P.M. interview and printed off two CVs in case they asked for them. Got my mom to give me a lift to the city centre. Waited for 20 minutes outside my cousin’s apartment before I realised she forgot about our lunch plans so i complained about it on the WhatsApp group me and my friends have. My friend who I thought was on vacation invited me over to her place and fed me. I used the toilet and found out I got my period. Cramps but at least I was wearing black pants, woo! Took a taxi to the interview because it was too hot out. Got there 10-5 minutes early but they talked to me immediately .The “interview” was literally 5 minutes long. Can’t decide if that’s a good or bad thing. They literally just asked if i had brought a CV and asked a couple of questions but basically just explained what they needed. They apparently pay more than what I was told on the phone but maybe it was a Test and I failed it. I was very awkward but didn’t look like an idiot, hopefully. Was out of there by 3:06 P.M. and took a bus home. At 6:30 P.M forgot my friend and I were supposed to go walk her dog so I made her wait while I changed. 50 minutes into it (we usually walk for an hour and a half) I got killer cramps and nausea so I headed back. Took a painkiller and jumped into the shower and had to sit down on the bathroom floor so i didn’t pass out. Managed to get to my room and fell asleep wrapped in a towel because Pain. Just woke up (12:20 A.M.) super hungry. Today was weird. It’s like my day couldn't decide if it wanted to be good or not.

day 2... and i already fucked up... less than an hour and didn’t even finish it on time

colors are hard...

so far i’ve learned: i’m bad a values, i tend to overestimate how light colors are, i have trouble pushing contrasts, and i pick colors that are too saturated and not dark enough. there’s more grey everywhere than my brain can comprehend apparently. but! this is good that i notice this things so i can improve.

I decided to practice painting/drawing everyday for at least an hour.. this is day 1

this was.. surprisingly difficult and the results are... not optimal but i’ll probably try again when i come back from a walk
