Preview : “Sangyeon!” She whimpered, extending his hand to reach out to him. “Please don’t leave me!”
Sangyeon laughed at her, before skating over to her and securing his arms around her waist, pulling her into a hug.
“Please don’t let me go.” She whispered, her knees wobbly.
“Baby, if I don’t let you go, how will you learn? You said you wanted to become professional right?”
“Yes, but I’m still a baby!” She huffed.
He laughed and helped her skate.He twirled her around once and she laughed, gripping his shoulders. He felt his heart explode in ecstasy watching her eyes crinkle into a huge smile.
Then all of a sudden, he let her go and she spun out his grip. She shrieked in horror, and in her panicked state tilted too much to her on to her back. Sangyeon watched in horror as she fell, and he dived towards her. But he dived faster than she fell which resulted in him falling before first and she landed over him with a small ‘oomph’.
“You okay baby?” He asked nervously, as she stayed still over his body. He had managed to land on his back and she was lying over his stomach.
Slowly she looked up at him, a stupid smiled plastered on her face.
“Yes.” She whispered, crawling a little more over him so that her face was over his.

And as they cuddled together to stay warm on a cold winter night, Lee Sangyeon felt immortal.
So this is what it felt like to be a mortal.
Vulnerable. Hurt. Confused.
Emotions Sangyeon had never associated with.
As long as you were there with him, his goddess, he never felt these emotions ever again.
But now he felt like he was being hurtled down the darkest pits of tartarus.
