it just occurred to me that i need to get a 'protect the dolls' shirt for my dolls

i am probably not going to do this because i don't really have space for another doll in my apt but i keep thinking about making a dr. trinity santos (the pitt) custom doll. here's a bad mockup from the cyo generator but jess mold with green eyes and brown hair (i'm thinking something like jly49/55's but a little shorter)...thinking about how cute doll scrubs and a stethoscope would be :')

i rewigged josefina but didn't realize the wig i bought had like a partial wig cap so you can still see the bits i couldn't get out from her old hairline and it's kind of sparse...super conflicted over whether i should try and find another short pixie-ish wig for her or if i should get her something closer to her original hairstyle...thoughts? also she has a nose piercing now lol

We got our first big snow 🌨️ of the year today, so of course I had to get some wintery doll photos! ❄️ I was reminded recently that I didn’t have any newer pictures of Josefina in snow, so I decided to remedy that. We both bundled up and headed to a small nearby park; the snow was still falling fast and heavy when we arrived. At first I thought it wasn’t good packing snow, but it turned out to be pretty decent, so I taught Josefina how to make snowballs (she’d seen snow up in the mountains near her family’s rancho, but this was only her second time experiencing so much of it up close). Since she doesn’t have gloves, her hands were pretty cold, but we discovered she had the upper hand (haha) when it came to packing snow. We also made a snowwoman ☃️ (it was Josefina’s idea to make her instead of a snowman), and Josefina (briefly) gave her her rebozo. By then we were both pretty cold, so we went back indoors and changed into dry clothes. While I made myself ginger chai tea with honey 🍯, warm, flaky crescent rolls 🥐, and steaming-hot ramen 🍜, Josefina wrapped up in her blanket and sheepskin and snuggled with Niña, drinking dark, spicy hot chocolate 🌶️ ☕ topped with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle.

this is my new (to me) josefina that I've had for several months now! i've renamed her ambrosia and I love her, but her aesthetic keeps flip flopping around lol. originally she was an earthy witch, but i'm thinking maybe she's a little more academic? still definitely a witch, but perhaps practices more tea/food related magic. i imagine her studying art history or ancient civilizations and/or working at a magical tea shop. not sure if those things mesh together well, but i'm not sure where else to go with her story. anyways, here are some cute outfits i tried on her the other day!
