Love your body. #We all have different ways to love our self. Mine is, I workout because I don't wanna go back to my obese Body. Taking care of your body has nothing to do with your beliefs. If you wanna be different. Style yourself with your own uniqueness. Be your own YOU. Don't compare yourself to others, yet, Compare yourself to your PAST Self and transform it to your Present and make it as your lifetime commitment. You don't need to change emotionally , you just have to transform physically for your better version. Again. The smell of Gaisano mall might have reminded of you when your mom bought you some toys during your young age. 

And Your cravings of some chocolate moist cake accompanied by a cinnamon bread and soda  after  errands.

 Then You hugged your mom, you give her a tender kiss.
