Xelzaz Version 1.13.1 is now live! The Auri and College of Winterhold Rework Update!
Xelzaz Version 1.13.1 - Auri Interactions and College Of Winterhold Rework
- (Hopefully) Removed parts of the Frost Lily blizzard effect that were showing up for certain users on Xbox.
- Fixed a mistake where some of the book reading scenes were assigned to Xelzaz's follower alias (which gets emptied when dismissed), which meant he wouldn't read certain books upon request while not following the player.
- Fixed a bug where Xelzaz would claim you changed your mind about gifting him a Frost Lily if you had already done so.
- You may now use Roovi to tell Xelzaz not to report his location at all times, allowing you to toggle his map marker and journal entry.
- Added a dialogue option during Quid Pro Quo to skip to Xelzaz and Evesa speaking. This is so players that get stuck due to Evesa or Xelzaz being unable to make it to their table or for other reasons are unable to progress the quest may do so.
- Expanded on Xelzaz's dialogue when he first offers to make simple potions for you.
- Added segments of Xelzaz's theme to different parts of his personal quests that did not already have these.
- Completely revoiced the College of Winterhold questline commentary.
- Restored dialogue that wouldn't trigger for the College of Winterhold commentary.
- Reworked and expanded upon parts of the College of Winterhold commentary.
- Added checks for if the player is speaking to quest relevant NPCs during the College Questline to prevent Xelzaz from commenting on the quest.
- Added the quest When Friends Fly. See interactions section.
- Added interactions with Auri (Song of the Green), more to follow in a future update.
- Added a handful more interactions with Nebarra, more to follow in a future update.
- Added new interactions with Remiel and Redcap revolving around a new mini quest. (Will trigger organically, more likely to happen after the drink at the Winking Skeever.) Due to the nature of Skyrim, I have added an autosave right before bringing the gang to their desired location for the quest. Should you experience issues you can also abort the quest by speaking with Xelzaz.
- Xelzaz will now only comment about feeling better about being inside an inn if it's snowing or an ash storm outside.
- Revoiced and expanded upon the conversation about simple potions.
- Increased the quest priority for College of Winterhold from 50 to 80, making Xelzaz better able to comment on the College questline than about freezing his tail off.
- Made Xelzaz much more responsive to if the player is sitting or not, should he be allowed to sit down near the player. Requires a new save (Due to being stored on his alias in the waiting quest). Alternatively you can try adding the spell "is player sitting" to Xelzaz via console.
- Made it so Xelzaz won't drink a potion while in a scene.
