Sorrento’s 145 year old Hotel was originally built in 1872 by George Coppin in a Victorian Italianate Architecture. So beautiful. They also used locally quarried limestone and a good reminder of how we can embrace locally acquired materials which is sustainable and supports our local economies as well as efficient.
