By April 17 2019 I wil weigh 165 lbs and look healthy and have quit smoking cigarettes for 4 1/2 months. I weigh 140 rn skinny and underweight don’t look healthy and have terrible posture , that’s alittle over 3 months to reach my goal of adding 25 lbs of muscles before the half year mark. I am on my 3rd day working out and I can feel a difference and it sounds weird cause everyone doesn’t change as fast or SEE results I can feel it 💪🏼
