We are stopping in Tampere and in a few minutes I'm going to bed, but I've spent the evening sitting at the window in a darkened cabin, watching the world pass. And I feel like I need to ask.

Realistically this is just a very specifically decorative high rise hotel building, the Solo Sokos Hotel Torni Tampere (Google Reviews says it has "vibrant rooms"). Still somewhat unsettling to see it rising out of the landscape as we rolled through.
