Ohhhhhhh your smart. Okay, okay. The lyric ‘nothing seems to change’ I feel represents Baseball and Nickel and their alliance in the Grand Slams. How Baseball and Nickel always objectifyed Suitcase and promised to change and let her do things but never actually give her the freedom to do so.

I feel like it would get to the point where when Suitcase hallucinates it gives her a tiny bit of relief, escaping reality in a way ‘I woke up then fell back asleep cause I’d rather live in my dreams’.
