It’s Founders Week at Morehouse College!
Morehouse was founded on February 14, 1867 in Augusta, GA. Throughout the week, we’ll be sharing images of the college’s glorious past to celebrate.
Today’s picture is of the most iconic building on campus, Samuel T. Graves Hall. When it was built, the entire college was housed in this building; classrooms, cafeteria, dorm rooms, president’s residence etc.. At the bottom, there were even stables!
Morehouse has progressed and expanded over the years and has a global reach and scope that is second to none.
